This is Ken’s wife’s review. I bought this file set in mid September and was happy with it until it broke in my hands one night while I was using it in the middle of January. I only used it about once a week and expected to be using it for much longer than 4 months. The 5” file was the one that broke, snapping about 2” from the top. I was very happy with this file set until it literally broke in my hand. Of course, it’s too late to get a refund, so I‘ll just warn others to be careful.UPDATE: I contacted Gladzy through their Facebook page to see if they’d send me a replacement file. They replied that the warranty only covered manufacturing defects, so they wouldn’t honor it. This file broke in my hand while I was filing my nails. I didn’t drop it on a counter, nor did I ever use it on a hard surface. How is that not a manufacturing defect? I looked for a way to reply, but couldn’t see one, so I’m out of luck. Actually, I’m lucky I didn’t cut my hand when it broke, so I’ll count my blessings.UPDATE #2: After the manufacturer denied my request, I called Amazon Customer Service. They gave me a full refund. I’m a very happy Amazon customer again.

OH. MY. GOD. These are so awesome!! I had purchased a small glass nail file some years ago at a street fair, and as soon as I used it, I could tell how much better it was than emery board or metal nail files. Fast forward to this summer. As usual, I am dreading sandal season, as taking care of my feet is always such a chore and takes so much time. I have tried them all. The metal cheese grater type of foot files are too rough and always have to be followed up by the pumice stone. The pumice stone is impossible to clean, so I think it loses effectiveness over time. The emery board type of foot files are ok for a finishing polish, but can't do the heavy lifting. I remembered reading about a glass foot file a while back, and knowing how good my nail file was, I decided to take the plunge (and splurge a little by buying the whole set). THIS FOOT FILE IS LIFE-CHANGING! It is so quick and easy to do my feet! It's most effective on damp skin, but also can be used on dry skin for a little polish. I have been raving about these to all my girlfriends and bought a set for my mom. I find I have to use an old toothbrush to really clean out the foot file; washing with soap and water does not get in the crevices well enough. I'm also still learning how to use the cuticle tool most effectively. BUY THESE, YOU WILL BE AMAZED!

These files are great, however I only received 3 of the 4 in the set. I might never have realized that the full size mail for was missing from my set if I hadn't been prompted to review, see the image, and thought, "wait, there were supposed to be 4?"I'm well past my return date and what I received is great, so...3 stars because of the incomplete set?

I use all these tools and find them to be awesome and don't cause my nails to peel. The foot file is my favorite as it's easier to disinfect compared to traditional pumice stones and isn't as rough but exfoliates just as much.

I absolutely LOVE these! Especially the larger foot file. It works better then my Amope and leaves my feet super soft. I plan to order another set for my daughter.

If you haven’t tried glass files before, you should try them now. They do an excellent job and they don’t wear out. The foot file is fantastic also. Because I like them so much, I have given these as gifts. The gift recipients were very happy with their files too.

I have many of the glass files but I did not have one to exfoliate and this is the perfect product. I have used it and it does a wonderful job. I was not worried that the product would not be able to handle the pressure I put on it. I does a fantastic job and is easy to use. Should I accidently drop the files, I will do a repeat order.

I treated myself to some new nail care items. This set is GREAT! I watched some YouTube videos about how to use the glass cuticle pusher as I had never seen one before. I will never go back to disposable pushers or files again. I like that I can wash these up & reuse them. I LOVE that the largest nail file & foot file have different grits on each side. I keep the foot file in my shower & exfoliate a few times a week & my feet feel so smooth & healthy. They're also beautiful!

The product is extremely good quality and value, and as beautiful as the pictures.Better quality than other glass files I’ve ordered. I would order again.
