Easy to release
I don't do a lot of chocolate work so it took some practice to get the right temperature for filling the mould but this product can't be faulted. Make sure you clean it thoroughly with cotton wool before use to get a good shine. At first I thought the hemi-ovoids were too deep but once I had melted the edges to fuse them together they made perfectly shaped eggs.

Does not make a full egg
Sturdy looking moulds however each half is too deep to make a full egg if fixed together. Making them fine for half eggs but no use if you were hoping to make whole eggs….
