Q: What waist andd hip size is the xxl?

My mother likes these pants, she is 89 years old. She wears a trouser size 22/24 and says they fit close enough to keep her pads in place but not so close as to make them too tight to use. The pants wash and dry easily/quickly and are very stretchy. The packet states they fit 140 to 180cm which I presume is the hip size.
