Good product, relatively easy install
The media could not be loaded. The product is great. My struggle with the install was getting everything installed inside a tiny cupboard. We have granite countertops so we couldn’t drill it to the top so it’s working on tension alone. It was very difficult to add the appropriate tension and tighten the screw with such a small cabinet space. It should be fine though as long as we don’t add too much to the shelves. Even though the tension isn’t perfect, it’s still better utility for the space than we had before. I do not recommend this product if you have a countertop that you can’t drill into above the cabinet. The tension alone isn’t as reliable as two drilled parts.

Open box sale
Because it was open box, there were no instructions. Plenty of YouTube videos out there. Went in easier than expected. Holds a lot!! Turns well. Be sure to measure cabinet size and opening to your space. It barely fit through the opening even though it pits cabinet. This is for a lower corner with angled door front. There are no ready made organizers this big….

An Excellent Replacement
Dislikes: The installation was painful through the small door of the corner cabinet. The provided template was not that helpful. I measured for the bottom bracket, installed the pole and used a level to mark the spot for the upper bracket. The disks barely fit at an angle through the opening, so I couldn't put both on the pole and squeeze them through as shown in the instructions. I had to put the pole in, hold it at an angle, and slide the discs on that way. then I put them up halfway and put a pin under the bottom one so I could see the bottom bracket when I moved the whole assembly to the correct position. Then I was able to extend the pole into the top bracket.Likes: The adjustable shelves are supported by metal dowels, and even though they can only be adjusted to the pre-drilled hole positions, I much prefer this to my previous shelves that were held by a large set screws using friction. The drawback is that the bottom shelf is further up the pole from the base of the cabinet, thus wasting space below the shelf. Everything we had on the old one fits on this one, so not a huge deal. These shelves are lighter than the old ones, but seem plenty sturdy. My wife does not like that the shelves turn independently, so one has to bend over to turn the bottom shelf.Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the product, especially at the very reasonable price! Everything fits perfectly in the cabinet and the shelves spin smoothly on the pole. Except for the rather high position of the bottom shelf, it looks identical to the original lazy susan installed by the builders.

Sturdy, easy install
Sturdy, easy install. Bought the 28 inch size. It was fairly easy to assemble inside the cabinet as it wouldn’t of passed through the door opening otherwise. Lined the rod up top to bottom with the trays about quarter inch from the inside door and screwed in. I like That the top and bottom rotate independently and the trays seem plenty sturdy. I gained a lot of extra space as the old trays were only 19 inches. If you use two screws In the top and bottom slots to anchor both ends this Will allow you to make micro adjustments to the vertical rod In case your trays seem to lean a little. If the trays seem slightly wobbly, know that once you add canned goods and such, the Added weight will make it rotate smoothly.

Yes, you can shorten the shaft quite a bit.
Excellent way to upgrade a corner cabinet. Sturdy, elegant and functional. I got mine installed in under two hours yesterday, including shortening the shaft. Our cabinet was almost three inches too short for the shaft, even telescoped down completely. The shaft can be shortened up to maybe five or six inches by cutting the top of the outer shaft off the same amount as the bottom of the inner shaft. I used a hacksaw. Then you just drill a hole near the top of the outer shaft for the set screw. After cutting mine down, I installed the top and bottom mounting plates by measuring 9.5” on center from the back of the cabinet, not the front as contemplated by the included templates. That’s because my cabinet was narrow in the back and the rear sides were the tightest dimension. The 18” trays just barely fit, with maybe one millimeter to spare, but it worked. My wife is thrilled. The instructions were a bit vague on how to fix the height of each tray: they discuss using a metal pin (included) but the kit also had a snap-in plastic pin that would have worked fine, if not quite as strong. I wound up omitting either device for the bottom shelf: it spins just fine resting atop the bottom mounting plate, which has a raised lip and lets the tray sit as low as possible. I used the metal pin to support the upper tray.

robust and easy to assemble
So far my wife an I are very happy with this purchase. This worked perfectly for our custom pantry. I was a little worried about the number of plastic components but it is holding up very well after a month of use. Despite being full of cans it spins the same. While it took some time to install as long as you follow the instruction it is very easy to install.

very nice, bought a 2nd one
A few tips:Parts have to be added to the shaft bottom up (there's a set screw sticking out at the top). The chrome 'caps' aren't just for looks - they help keep the shelves horizontal. The two black partial rings are just covers for two of the three unused shaft holes. If you're installing into an IKEA base cab you'll need to install an IKEA shelf as a top board so that the top mounting plate has something to attach to.

Amazing value
I have a blind corner cabinet that was just useless. We looked at other cuatom wire shelves that you could buy but couldn't find anything cheaper than a couple hundred dollars. This was super easy to install and let's me use all the space in the corner for a fraction of the price. Very cost effective, sturdy and functional.

This is meant to last and easy to install..
We placed 2 of these units, one on top of the other, in the corner of our pantry. They installed easily and work well. I would recommend this product.

Great product
Installed easily though I didn't use the template that comes with the unit. Probably 20 minutes to install.

Love this lazy Susan, you won’t be disappointed
I have been wanting a lazy Susan for my hard to reach into cupboard for quite sometime. Makes it so easy now to get things. My husband installed it and said it wasn’t hard at all. Now my cupboard looks neat all the time and things are easy to get too

Susan loves it
It's sturdier than I expected, it's holding some large and heavy pots. Price was good, I checked all the big box stores and this was the best deal. It also arrived quicker than I expected.
