Great feel, and to my ears more balanced sound than phosphor or 80/20 bronze
Somehow these feel easier for me to hold down more complicated chords also seem to last extremely well.

If your Mando has rear hitch post on E &A do not use.
My Mano has the 2nd rear hitch post on A & EItWas used years ago to help reduce tension on the loops.Martin loops have a larger loop and the twist will hit the first hook and break the strings.Use ONLY the first or forward hook and no problem.

Great Strings
I see little difference in these and more expensive versions. They sound and feel great. Last forever!

Might suit some
Was expecting a warm tone, so was disappointed to find they sound a bit tinny on my Loar 600. They did mellow after about a week of playing so I gave them a chance for a couple of months but they still sound about the same. Not quite as tinny as they were, but still nowhere near as punchy and likeable as j74s and the like. I will say they seem to resist corrosion very well and the tone may well suit certain instruments.

Like the tone
Had been buying tape wound strings at more than double the price of these, mainly for the feel. These strings, while not as sleek as the tape wound, still feel quite good and actually sound nicer. Well satisfied!
