Brilliant it did the job what it needed to do and the printer is working like it was brand-new very good product

This item was delivered minus the tube for fitting on to the syringe and on to the nozzle ink jet which is an convenience as the ink on the nozzle has dried

My printer (Epson WF-4720) hadn't been used for a while but even so I was sceptical about this working but the price of the cleaner compared to the price of a new small office prints (c£200) said it was worth a try. The instructions are not great and I would recommend YouTube videos to see how to free up the print head, and to put some absorbent paper underneath to catch the liquid. I gave each ink port a 2 ml shot of the cleaner, twice and left overnight. No improvement. So I repeated the treatment, and left it overnight again, whilst deciding what new printer to go for. Thankfully I did not order it, and this morning I was able to print off a two page letter. It did work, but I deducted one star for the instructions which I felt were no as complete or clear as they should be.

Self explain easy clean

The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only problem was the needle used to inject the cleaning into the pin was too long and I couldn’t inject the fluid properly. The problem was the lid on my printer would not lift high enough to get the needle in properly. I did manage to get some fluid in the pin, but it didn’t work. I tried a couple more times, a day or so apart. I will keep the cleaning kit. Because I am going to purchase an HP printer and this cleaning kit is compatible with HP

This was grate saved me buying a printer head. onley thing was that the instructions were a bit complicated so had to use youtube but grate inexpensive product
