Works well
Still working till this day I honestly don’t use it as much as I thought I would and now there is Apple Watches that make it obsolete however, for the function it serves it has worked very well. Literally have worn it for two years straight over 20,000 steps a day and it is working fine battery is still strong.

Great battery life and accurate heart rate tracking
This things has been awesome to use. I’ve had it for a couple of months and I love it. Battery life is accurate, 5-6 days without charging and I’m tracking exercises with it every day. It fits perfectly and I’ve always loved the mobile app. I would highly recommend this to someone who wants to track their heart rate through exercise!

The first one did not work, but the replacement (at no cost to me) is excellent.
It's probably strange to see a 5 star rating for a product that did not work. But the exchange was easy and no cost to me and little effort, using Kohl's Amazon return. The replacement came as scheduled and seems to be working flawlessly. My wife also has a similar unit and on our first walk wearing them, the steps were not identical but within 8 steps on a 2400 step walk. I have had cheaper versions, not made by FitBit. Fitbits products are worth every cent of the more expensive cost. Don't waste money on the knockoffs. Oh -- and Amazon's exchange policy for faulty products is top notch -- great service.

No bulk
I'm not one for wearing bracelets so a bulky tracker isn't for me. This is narrow enough that it's unobtrusive. The time is large. Can't see it very well in sunlight so I stop looking and enjoy the scenery. The alerts are nice to get more steps in an hour as well as the phone and chat alerts. This is my second because my first stopped working after about 2 years. Value, upgrades, next time waterproof.

Great....
This is a good balance of the things you need in a fitness tracker and the things you don't need. Some of these fitness watches have too many functions that may be unnecessary and get obsolete in just 2-3 years.... This is excellent 👌 at a basic to somewhat advanced level, doesn't break the bank, and can stay relevant for a bit longer than some of the "smarter" more advanced fitness trackers.

Really like the Fitbit Inspire HR, comfortable, accurate & stylish.
Have owned previous fitbits & the app. Is easy to use. Really like this Fitbit Inspire HR. So far it works well- gives me all the information I need. Seems to be accurate. I love the band- it is very comfortable and has holes and clasp on the band for an accurate fit. Would recommend.

Disappointing
I like the style and all the different options for straps, but changing the strap is such a major hassle that I don't want to ever go through that again.Getting the sleep scores is fun, but the scores don't seem to be accurate. The sleep scores vary wildly, so I compared two different nights with the exact same numbers and the total score varied by 8 points. Some nights it records reading, playing a game on my iPad, or television watching as sleep. The iPhone app is very buggy. Some days it has trouble syncing or the app is unresponsive so I have to reboot my phone or turn bluetooth on and off to get the app to work.Emails and texts used to come through the fitbit, but somewhere along the line they stopped and I haven't been able to get that to work again. This is very affordable, but I wish I'd spent a little more for better quality.

Love all the features!
I love the step reminder feature. I work a very busy desk job and usually get so caught up in processing that I don't move for hours. The pulse reminders are great at getting me moving more. Getting feedback on your heart rate, calories burned step count are good tools when trying to be more healthy and maintain or loss weight,

best value for money and looks good!
overall it's a great buy, it feels and looks good on the wrist (great accessory). functionally it does what it's supposed to, i'll update down the road on overall functionality.I was concerned that it might be too bulky because of how it's designed, thought it would seem to raised off the wrist. but in the end you don't notice it. it's very small and just feels like you are wearing a thin bracelet!battery life rocks on this thing. notifications are cool!can't go wrong with this if you are looking for a cheap and great functionality, subtle fitness tracker.

Very well put together.
This is an incredible watch. A great deal too, since it does so much! It tracks your heartbeat, a detailed overview of your sleep, an accurate counter of steps and distance, and much more. The screen is small but it's what I was looking for. The only criticism is that the app takes a while to gather information if you don't leave Bluetooth on. Excellent product, would definitely recommend to anyone. By the way, it's waterproof feature is pretty awesome!

Good number of features, works well, looks good, and keeps time.
It’s solid little device for a decent price. The Inspire HR does a decent job of tracking your heart rate, steps, sleep patterns, and calories. The heart rate monitor can be a little fickle if the device is too loose or in an awkward position. They say to strap it “one finger width above your wrist bone” for the most accuracy. I find this to be a little awkward, and definitely not as comfortable as the wrist itself. It does a pretty good job in either spot though. The pedometer is obviously not 100% accurate as any movement with the arm it’s on might log a few steps. They do have a feature that adjusts sensitivity based on whether it’s on your dominant or non-dominant arm. It also reminds you to get up and move around if you’ve been sedentary too long. They try to see if you can get at least 250 steps in an hour for a window of time that you can set.It tracks your sleep patterns and cycles via your heart rate. So you’re scored on the length of time and quality of your sleep. It’s neat to see the device sync to the app and display what it perceives to be yourself in Light, Deep, or REM sleep.Overall I’m really enjoying it so far as it does a really good job of keeping me motivated to be physical and mindful of my body. I don’t use the calorie log, but I’m absolutely more mindful of what it is that I’m eating. They even have a smart scale you can sync the app to that can log weight loss progress. Can’t speak to that, but it sounds cool. You can always log it manually like I do. It’s also waterproof to 50m, so swim or shower with it if you want. Just make sure you dry it off real good, especially before charging.Would recommend.
