Good product, easy install
Installed on a 2010 Tundra. Fit good and was easy to assemble. Be aware the nuts are 11mm and 28mm. Fits and looks amazing despite being skeptical of other reviews. No creases or dents, just nice, shiny, flat bends and ridges. For a 12 gauge and an ar15 snugly when I bent the flexible mounts around and snuffed the Velcro. Velcro didn’t move it all and kept my guns in the same position for driving on my bumpy road. Already referred it to a few ranger buddies and would recommend it to others too.

Very sturdy and wont rattle at all on pavements or decent off road trails, only problem i had with rattling is on these west texas oilfield lease roads (they are bad, and most people will never drive on anything near as bad). My first tip is to wrap the all thread rod with electrical tape to make it fit tightly in the square tubing, thats where i found my rattle was coming from. Second tip, i didn’t like the rack pushing down on my B pillar covers because it was deforming it a bit (thats how its supposed to stay in place) so i took off my pillar covers and added some self tapping scews where the rack was resting, i could tell from some rub marks on the pillar. So now my rack rests on the hex flats on the screws and i was able to tighten it even more than before without it ever contacting the plastics on the pillars. Keep in mind i only did this because on the nasty roads i drive on every day, miles and miles of nasty caliche roads. Most everybody will probably never hear any rattle from it, fyi the rack itself holds the guns snuggly and o have now had a problem with any guns shifting or coming loose

What you need to know
This item was purchased for a 2004 Ram 2500 four door pickup.THIS RACK IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED WITH LOADED FIREARMS!Tools needed: Two 1-1/8 wrenches or two adjustable wrenches capable of 1-1/8, two 7/16 wrenches, and something to hold the center with. I suggest locking pliers (vise grip).Quality of instructions: Adequate, giving simple enough directions for installation along with pictures to help understand what they are saying. Take the time to read them before installation.Product construction: The outer pieces, center threaded rod, and hardware are made out of steel. The square tubing and gun mounts are made out of aluminum. The gun mounts are lined with dense foam, secured by nylon straps with industrial Velcro.Installation: Easy. Can be accomplished by one person in less than ten minutes. A second person will make this easier.Post Installation: The gun mounts are somewhat bendable, allowing you to adjust how they fit around your firearm. Once properly installed, the rack is surprisingly sturdy. The rearward rack is positioned perfectly. The front rack sits a bit low if you are a tall person. Bend the Strap aluminum the gun mounts are attached to upward a little bit to fix this. On my vehicle, the locking nuts do rub on the dome light. a couple of pieces of soft side Velcro solved this problem for me.

Love it! Holds rifles securely and they are easy to retrieve quickly if needed. My truck cab is more organized and the rifles don’t have the dog running over them! No worries doing heavy off-road in my Raptor; rifles stay put.

Not secure enough. Not for sunroofs.
I bought this after lots of positive reviews. After the install and a drive around, I took it out. Here's why:-If you have a sunroof, and hit a rough patch, the magazine or grip will bounce and hit.-I put a M&P 15-22 in the front, but it always sagged down. The magazine will not stay horizontal. You can bend the grips and try to tighten it, but it won't solve the issue.-If you are trying to put the grips/holders on the innermost holes to hold a small rifle you won't be able to do both since the threaded bar will block one of them.-Frankly, I was unimpressed with the price considering what arrived. Still, there isn't another like it on the market, so I figured I would give it a go. I'll have to find another option now.I returned it.Installed on a 2018 F150 with the panoramic sunroof.

Nice but didn't fit.
Nice products with some quality build. If I made my own I would have saved money but it would not have been so nice. With that said I made a mistake and ordered this for my F150. It installed easy but it appears to obstruct the side airbags. I decided to keep it anyway because I think the bags will still deploy I just don't know if they will rip when deployed. I trashed the box and left it installed for a few weeks. Loved it but didn't have any time to get my winchester M70 or rem 700 to see how it fits. When I did I felt like a but head. It didn't fit. Not the product fault. The way the roof is built the rifles are too long for the curve. Now for me it's totally useless because I'm not keeping an Ar15 in there and my tac shotgun is also too long . If u have an F150 me sure the inside of that gigantic headliner to see if your rifle fits first. If it does then buy this product. If it doesn't at least don't throw the box away like I did .
