I was very surprised at the fact that my 100 plus pound dog which has really really bad separation anxiety was able to calm her barking before I got to the static setting. So the vibration was good enough but I still when I leave for a while I put it on level three because I'm in a hotel suite and every time I try to go somewhere and she can't go I was having to pay a sitter and it got so expensive. she does not same affected by it in any way. When I take it off and then go and put it back on her again at a different time she doesn't run from it. I had to use the longer metal sensors because she is part Great Pyrenees and has a double coat and a lot of like neck fat which is part of the breed and it has done good I've never tried it before because when I was in a house she could bark all she wanted but now that I'm going through a divorce and I'm here for a while and then I'll be in an apartment I literally have to have something for her. I even tried the veterinarian suggesting me give her Xanax. It did nothing 2 mg nothing. Today I was able to get waxing done and a facial near the hotel and I kept my phone with me the whole time and they never called they said that one person called and said that they heard her barking and she'd stop and she'd bark again and then eventually they didn't hear anything and nobody else called So that means now I can finally get a GP and go get some medical issues checked out. I love this thing so much. Amazon has it so inexpensive compared to the ones that I looked at in the pet stores that were upwards of $160.

Great customer service. Collar didn’t work at all. After contacting customer service, they shipped a new one and checked back to make sure it worked and I was satisfied.

Don’t waste your money. This is the second one I bought. The first lasted about 8 months, and then it quit taking a charge. The second one didn’t last 6 weeks. The collar worked good at first. Had to recharge every other day.

Product is almost a month old. I have a 2 yr old German shepherd that is trying to become dominant to his father.PROS: Since using this, they have growled at each other, but have not fought again. Jr growels and then calms down. Sr will not instigate a fight. This is much more human and safer than fighting. Sr is 108# Jr is 90#. They still wrestle and play. Collar still running on second charge. We leave it on Jr 24/7 but loose as not to cause injury. The beep, and vibrating stop the issues.CONS:The collar slips and has fallen off. Needs a better system.

Instructions are confusing. They are clearly written by someone whose first language isn’t English. Hard to change settings from vibrate mode to shock mode. Waste of $

Have bought 3 so far. Two stopped responding to barks after about 5weeks. Waiting to see whether #3 is still effective.Use case: standard Schnauzer, 1yr old.When the collars did work, they seemed to be effective at discouraging a constant bark. Getting them to stop after the first bark, so they can be called back to the house, seems to be a good system for discouraging the undesired stream of barks behavior. Yes, we know there are evil, evil squirrels... Thank you.Still need a little more work, and reinforcement.. and thus a reliable device.Noise and vibrate seemed effective enough that the zap mode wasn't needed.

let me tell you this thing has been a LIFE CHANGER!!! I couldn’t get my dog to calm down or atop barking while I’m gone from work. He has separation anxiety and he tends to bark a lot when alone.. I tried EVERYTHING from drops to plug ins to therapy to medication and nothing worked so I turned to this. My first thought was “is this to harsh for my baby”? Well I read all the instructions and seemed really easy to use I put it on my puppy and tested it out I put it on 3 to start out to see if he would actually listen to it and sure enough it worked I have cameras in my apartment and all’s it needed to do was vibrate for the warning and I didn’t hear a single bark after .. I will still use it till he gets used to not barking on his own but GREAT product indeed

I started using this collar on Sunday evening and by today, Tuesday, he's stopped the incessant barking. I started with the red mode which includes beeping, vibration, and a mild shock. That happened two times that first day. The second day I changed to the green mode which only beeps and vibrates (no shock). Worked beautifully. He barked a few times during the day but quickly stopped when it beeped and he felt the vibration. Today, day 3, I haven't heard a peep out of him. He loves all the praise I'm giving him when he doesn't bark, so he's happy and I am too! Neighbors have noticed the difference, too!
