The screws that came with this product are too long. The shelf starts to bow after screwing about 90% of the screw in. If I screw it in all the way it’s going to break the shelf. This is the same with all the shelves. I hope the seller can resolve this.

*Update: Seller sent me another shelf as they could not only send screws. It seems that there are some quality control issues, but now that they done their best to correct their issue. It is a decent shelf and I do enjoy the fact that the shelves are so tall.*The screws that they supplied to attached the shelves were TOO long and ended up CRACKING the boards. Because they are too long, they end up sticking out. The pieces that connect the bottom and top sides are visible which wouldn't be as bothersome if connecting pieces were also black. The instructions do not include written instructions which can be a deal breaker for some. If I had recieved the CORRECT size screws that didn't crack the wood, then it would be a decent bookshelf. I do like how the sizes of the shelves but the incorrect screws and cracked board are dealbreakers.

I love this shelving unit so much. Most of the parts were easy to put together, did have to use some force to get the metal bars on the sides to go all the way down to be able to screw it in. Besides that, it was simple to put together and only took me about 40 minutes to fully assemble. It’s a very sturdy piece as well and it holds all of my collectible’s perfectly.

The wood is sturdy and it looks very good. It is also easy to assemble and was at a good price. I know this is not their fault, but it says my product was delivered on the 12th and left on my doorstep in Virginia, but I live in Georgia. The product finally arrived on the 19th, but it was delivered and left on the doorstep of my neighbor. I began assembling the shelf today and I noticed one of the sides was not lining up with the holes cut in the board. One side fit perfectly, but the other side only showed half the opening. I thought it was me so I started over and tried different ways, but the same issue. I finally used my measuring tape to measure the holes. The side that won't align with the holes on the board is 1/4" off. I really like the way this shelf looks. I started with the return process, but instead I just forced the screws in at an angle and I hope that doesn't cause any longterm damage to the shelf, but I used a leveler and it is level. I will just keep it because it fits really well with my office, but it may be a good idea for the manufacturer to have some kind of poke yoke in place to make sure all measurements are accurate and consistent. Maybe like a robotic measuring tool before and after hole drilling for quality control.

this is a good shelf all around. I wanted something that wasn't too ugly so i didn't feel like it had to be hidden away in a closet. I use it in my spare room for all my canvas' and extra fabric to be stored on. It is also the perfect width to fit in between my window & the corner. I have been shopping around for a shelf like this for quite a while, and pulled the trigger on this one. I am very happy with it. Assembly took approx. 40 min. (The shelves are actually a nice looking wood stained.)

It took me a few months after I received this product to put it together. Malachi kept telling me to just do it. So I finally did. But I’ll tell ya. I was nervous. Nervous I was gonna put the wrong sides together. So I dug in. Got the screw driver out. Mr. Phillips that is. And boy am I kicking myself for not doing this sooner. Easy as a nice cold lemonade on a Summery Sunday afternoon. And boy....if she ain’t a beaut, I must be a spicy tuna. And to be honest with you, there aren’t enough stars on this questionnaire to get into the depth of how great this product really is. Bravo gentlemen. You make a fine bookcase.

First off, it seems like I order two, paid for two and got one…Claim is in, missing one.I put the second self on and behold, it’s a 1/4” off on one side of the shelf.Okay, second claim. Can’t attach shelf.Not happy. If everything worked like it was supposed to I would give it mostly four stars, minus one for the lazy tack welds. Hopefully this doesn’t fall apart.Oh and the way to mount them to the wall is in the last picture. Not even a metal bracket for a more secure fitting.Update. Second one showed up. Talk to them briefly and should be getting a refund on the first one.
