I bought this kit to use after a total knee replacement. I found that the kit was very useful. Once you fill one of the bags with ice you place it into the elastic Velcro holder and attach it to the place that you want to ice down. In my case it was my knee. I highly recommend this kit if you don’t want to worry about the ice pack slipping off your leg or knee when it is elevated or even sleeping. Buy this item with confidence as it is well made and thought out. There are three sizes of ice packs. I found the medium size bag to be the most useful of the three that came in the kit.Thanks, Patrick

The best ice pack for my knee, I fill it up with crushed ice and will chill for over an hour if need be. I refrigerate it and can use it hours later.

I recently had knee replacement and within two weeks needed to travel out of state. Ice is a must for after surgery and these ice packs kept cool for a long time even in Las Vegas heat. I brought the two larger sizes with us and my husband used the second one for his foot. The packs are well made and lids fit well with no cross-threading. I especially like the two different straps that can be used for various areas of the body to keep the ice pack in place. Well worth the money!

I have many gel packs but this ice bag pack beats them all. I especially like that the wrap around feature holds and stays in place on my injured knee much better than any that I've tried. Happy, Happy, Happy!
