So Comfortable, Stopped Eyeglasses from Slipping
These are so comfortable. I used them to replace the yellowing ones on my glasses. These are very soft and feel comfortable. Much more comfortable than the previous ones. And I never realized how much my glasses used to slip. These stop my glasses from sliding down my nose. I can actually see better now because the glasses are stay where they should be.Tip: To remove the old ones, I simply inserted a small jewelry screwdriver into the squeeze clamps to open them up slightly, maybe just a millimeter or less. You do not need to open the clamps very far, just release the pressure holding the clips in. The old pads slipped out. And I was able to wiggle the new ones in. Be careful as you do so the screwdriver does not slip, you could poke yourself or scratch the lense. Just take your time and go gently.

Comfortable and Cleanable
comfortable for eyeglasses and sunglasses; easy to insert into frames; easy to clean; gentle on sunburn; only frustration: easy to insert is also easy to snag and tear out, already lost two that way

So comfortable
My eyeglass nose pieces were making dents in my skin and were very uncomfortable. I changed them out for these cushioned, silicone soft nose pieces and no more dents. Glasses stay in place and are so much more comfortable.

Hard to get on
This nose pad feels very soft, which is exact what I wanted. However the part that snaps into the nosepiece is made of the same material as the nose pad, making it hard to snap into the frame. In my experience as an Optician, that part is normally a hard plastic. That is my only complaint of these nose pads.

Don't Buy Them
These did not work for me. The stem that connects into the glasses frame is too soft and squishy. There is no difference between the stems and the pads themselves. Because of this, I literally had to use a pair of small needle nose plyers to force them into the square opening. Once in - they lasted for a few minutes, then popped back out. The previous bag of replacement pads that I bought a couple of years ago (and misplaced and couldn't find) have a firm stem that snaps right into the square. These squish and bulge out as soon as you put any pressure on them trying to get them into the opening and then won't fit - forcing you to jam them in. Once in, they were comfortable.... but then suddenly popped back out. - A total exasperating experience, and I threw them away. Useless. The GOOD NEWS however - is that I was finally able to find the bag of replacement pads I had ordered before, and I quickly snapped a couple of them in and was good to go again! So - my lesson learned was to make sure the replacement pads have a firm stem before ordering them!

What a difference
I had to write a review for these nose pads because they are so extremely comfortable. I can't stand wearing readers for many reasons and uncomfortable nose pieces being one of the biggest. I finally found a pair of glasses that were so light and I was super excited. 10 mins later my nose was hurting very bad due to the horrible plastic nose pad it came with and I wanted to return them. This is where these silicon nose pads came in, they are amazing! The nose piece is very soft, limits nose pressure and very simple to install. Another bonus is they prevent glasses slippage. For any future nose pad I will purchase these!

Very comfortable
Very happy with the purchase. I have the type of nose piece where the part that holds the nose pad has two dimples and a part that you can pry open a bit to push-in the nose pad. These nose pads didn't really look the same as the old ones, as I had initially thought. It was the correct length, but the part that you push-in (the post) wasn't the same size as the original and the location of the post wasn't the same as the original also. So, I had concerns that it wouldn't fit right.Since I was able to pry the nose pad bracket open a bit, I was able to squeeze the new nose pads in. Not sure if I would have been able squish them in if I wasn't able to pry the bracket open a bit. Scratched one lens slightly w/ screwdriver. You may want to take your lenses out if using any tools. These nose pads are very cushiony which seems to help a lot in terms of relieving pressure from the ear pieces . I have thick glasses so it is very irritating when something is slightly off. These are great at giving extra tolerances. My old nose pads were harder, so any slight bump of the frames against something, everything would be thrown off. No problems so far (about a week) with them popping off as others mentioned.

Nose pad retainers to soft
I purchased this item to replace the hard nose pads on my new glasses, the new pads are very soft and comfortable to wear, the problem with this item is the part that must be pushed through the frame is to soft, the pads won't stay in place and call out easy. I had to use Super Glue to keep the nose pads in place, if you order this item buy some super glue.
