Snow White with the Red Hair, Vol. 10 (10)

Story wise, loved it! Had to order it through HPB bc it's expensive on other sellers.

We get a cute date between Zen and Shirayuki in the start of this volume, and the rest of it is about Kiki and her background as a noble lady who has to take over for her family one day and her journey as Zen's guard. Its a good volume if you enjoy the side cast as much as I do.

Absolutely love it!I really enjoyed the opening chapter in this one! After how intense things were last volume, it was VERY nice to see Shirayuki and Obi well and everyone reunited and celebrating! The new friends made has me hoping that will eventually see them again because I'll definitely miss them!TIME FOR A DATE!!! EEEEEPPP! I laughed when the creator mentioned in a sidebar it was Zen's Blessed Day because I think that really would have been a VERY accurate title! LOL! I was bummed they seemed to do more shopping for their friends than just enjoying one's company. Well, granted they DID do that, but I would rather them have shopped and browsed just because they could, but I guess that really wouldn't have matched with their personalities? Part of why I love Shirayuki is because of how caring she is and willing to give her all and I think that was another moment we see how true that is. Even Zen suggested her shopping for dresses and such that he could get her, but the gift he got her couldn't have been more perfect (and vice versa for what she got him). I really really loved that chapter! <3 (Also Shirayuki looked so pretty!)I have always thought Kiki was amazing, but WOW! This volume showed just how much she can slay and an absolute girl boss she is! And shoutout to her Father too because despite their differences, for him to let her go serve under Zen given the circumstances really shows how deep his love goes for her!But yeah, Kiki is amazing. I never expected her to have a few things that happened and ADORED the ending because I would have been SO heartbroken if this story, HER story, went a different route! I 100% understand Mitsuhide's anger and actually appreciated seeing that side of him since he's usually always so upbeat. It added another layer to his character as well as to their friendship.Overall, just great, powerful, and insightful chapters about who Kiki is and how our trio came to be the trio they were right from the start!
