Do not expect gourmet candy
The product is worth the price for the vehicle alone which is good quality. Don't buy this thing expecting gourmet candy. The instructions were very confusing and were pictures only. The powder mix had a horrible chemical smell (think koolaid as a cleaner) and the toy came with one set of mixing utensils requiring you to wash them at each step (annoying). You are basically buying the experience as half the fun was figuring out what the heck we were supposed to do. The gummies stuck to the mold and the candy looked and smelled disgusting once done. I would not let my kid eat this stuff. Fortunately the toy was enough to keep them happy.

The taste is horrid, buy jello to make in the kit instead.
The gummy taste so bad, the kit is cute and worth the money but we will be buying jello to make our own mix to use with the kits as none of the kids ate the gummies we made with this kit. Strong artificial almost chemical taste. If you buy this kit but a few boxes of different colored jello to substitute for their mix and add a little less water. Makes way more gummies and taste so much better.

I ordered the strawberry ice cream cart but received the pizza cart which she already has. I hate seeing her disappointment. Not at all happy.

the Idea is great and the no food aspect of this toy is executed with thought and quality. But the food. It’s worse than bad... like salty chemicals....Who did the QC here? The Kracie and Dagashi kits that this attempts to emulate are not as “blind baggie” But taste sooo much better. Redwood, please make it taste better if there is a version 2.Also, please fix the measurements. The cup you give indicates in Ml. But the instructions show you filling the cup to a line on the cup.Why do the instructions show the fill line and just say “5Ml”? Otherwise it’s confusing on where to fill. Incidentally, this is why measurement were created.
