I’ve been testing this grip strengthener for several days now, and the quality of the design is evident. Simple and Good Grip Trainer
This grip strength trainer works well for training your hands and forearms. It’s simple to use and small enough to carry anywhere. The grip feels comfortable, and the resistance is good for workouts. I’ve been using it regularly and it does the job. Overall, it’s a good and simple tool to improve grip strength. I don’t like the design though sine it doesn’t actually say how many lbs you’re doing .
