Don't waste your money
Pros:Can't think of one.Cons:-No explanation of image findings.-Poor explanation on answer page.Don't waste your money. This is one of the worst in the Case review series....which is already pretty dismal to begin with. It's too badRadcases don't have spine imaging.Edit:I wish I could give this book a 0 star. Discussion addresses nothing about why incorrect answers are incorrect, why listed possible differential dx is incorrect, why finding looks the way it does.....etc....reference to Requisite Neuroradiology book is of not much help since that's not a good book, especially for spine (not good for brain either).

Excellent book. highly recommend for boards
This revised edition has clear images, new imaging modalities and free online access to all the cases. The questions formatted similar to the new radiology board exam.Like the prior editions it cases range from simple (opening round) to very difficult (challenge); unlike the prior editions (and other books in this series) The images are of excellent quality and the abnormalities are described in detailBook has very good review on AJNR blog: [...]Highly recommend

Great cases with excellent discussion. Images in the 3rd edition have really improved.

Not very good.
Cases are presented as unknowns and then multiple choice questions are asked. First Q is always, "What is in your differential diagnosis?" Often, images are diagnostic for one disease and some included answers were clearly not right. Other choices seem reasonable to include in the differential but are not "correct" responses. Explanation on opposite page does a very poor job of expounding on the case and case questions. Look elsewhere for spine review.

While this is by no means a comprehensive review, ...
While this is by no means a comprehensive review, I want to briefly say that there are A LOT of completely incorrect answers to the questions listed in the text. If you are a radiologist in training or an inexperienced Neuroradiologist, please be careful.

Ottimo
Ottimo approccio per mettere alla prova e/o integrare le conoscenze ed affinare la capacità di formulare diverse ipotesi diagnostiche differenziali
