Seller is great and fast to reply and send a replacement when one of the collars did not work. We found the collars to be Ineffective with the barking even turned all the way up the barking never decreased. Dogs would just shake their heads and continue Battery life is short.

From the moment that we put the collars on our yorkie poos the amount of barking significantly decreased. The collars were able to adjusted to fit even our tiny little dog and neither of the dogs seem to mind the collar. I am very pleased with this purchase. Wonderful value for an affordable price.

They work well but my 100 lb dog can’t fit it.

We've been using this product on our puppy for about a week. He is a 15-week old Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd. Setup--It was easy to install the battery. There are two little vibrating "knobs" that were already installed, but it also comes with another set in the box. There was a bit of confusion on our part what the other set was for, since the instructions didn't indicate that there was a pair already installed. This part is on the opposite side of the speaker box and goes against the dog's throat. It's important that the collar not be put on too tight and is one-finger tight as these "knobs" rest against the dog's throat. Results--The very first day that we put this on him, the beeping/vibrating scared him, and he hid under the sofa and had to be coaxed out. The adjustable collar doesn't really stay snug on him, especially when he moves around. Maybe because his neck is too small? We got it to stay for the most part by looping the the excess material around the collar, so it doesn't loosen. He seems to have gotten accustomed to it after a week, although he still will bark 3 times before it starts the sequence of beeping/vibrating. As mentioned earlier, we've only been using it for a week, so we'll see how it continues to work going forward.--Update 6/23/19--PawPets kindly reached out to me, and I've included the image that they shared. By following this, the collar shouldn't loosen with activity. I've updated my overall rating from 3 to 4 stars as a result, since this seems to have remedied my issue.
