Amazing Results
I was shocked at how well this device works. I'm sure its efficacy is dependent on the particulars of each person, but for me with plantar fasciitis and extreme pain when I get out of bed in the morning, this made a big difference. Once the three velcro straps are adjusted, you can take it on and off by just undoing the one strap on the back of your lower leg. There's no need to mess with the other two straps when taking on and off.I was surprised that the instructions recommended only wearing it for an hour or two as you start off and build up to longer time. However, I have been wearing it for two to three hours a night and it still helps. In my case, I get up once a night for the bathroom and either take it off then or put it on then. Wearing it longer is "uncomfortable"...I can't describe the feeling - it's not painful, just weird if I wear it all night. I also wear it during the day for an hour or two, mainly sitting but I will walk around some while wearing it. I keep mine adjusted pretty tight, but I've found it is ok to loosen it such that your foot can have a little (less than an inch) movement and the results are still great. The massage ball is also great. It is a symptomatic remedy, meaning it just makes you feel good without fixing anything long term, but it is nice and makes a difference. Maybe it does help heal in some way?I've had this a few weeks. Nothing is cured yet and this device is not a miracle worker. After wearing this, I can get out of bed with much, much less discomfort and walk around without the previous hobbling I was doing. It basically stretches that part of the body for you while you sleep which will eventually cure or practically minimize the condition to a point of being cured.Highly recommended.

This brace helped me a lot.
I developed plantar fasciitis and was in a lot of pain. I purchased different items and nothing helped. I finally spent over $400 on new sneakers which did help but I was still in pain. I had to get rid of the slipper I used to wear at night because they had no support. I’m used to wearing a brace every now and then because I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome.I watched a lot of videos on you-tube and a doctor recommended using this type of device because when you sleep your foot is not in the position it needs to be and when you get up and step on the floor you aggravated any healing that was done while you are sleeping. I wore the brace on one foot and I noticed a big difference. I’m now wearing this brace on the other foot and feel a lot better. I still have a way to go but I can walk without feeling so much pain. Honestly some days l feel no pain at all. I must admit I am overweight and I need to work on losing weight but again this brace helped a lot and cost me very little money. But remember you have to evaluate your footwear, stretch, and ice your feet before you go to bed.

Remarkable difference
All it took was one night, and when I woke up the next morning, I didn't have pain in my heel when I set my foot on the floor. In fact, I may need to get another. The one foot being painless in the morning has put emphasis on the pain I have in the OTHER foot. It's pretty comfortable to sleep in. I don't like feeling in any way confined while I sleep, all the way down to my toes, so it took some trial and error to determine where best to place and how tight to fit the part around the foot. I do most often fall asleep on my stomach, so it took a night or two to get used to the brace in that position. In other positions, I almost don't even notice it. You do have to wear it EVERY night. It's not a permanent fix or even long term fix.The only thing lacking is the massage ball, which is made from a harder, slicker plastic than I'd assumed. I have hardwood floors with no rugs, and the ball just slides around on the surface when I try to roll my foot over it. So it's basically useless. But I bought this for the brace, not the massage ball.UPDATE: I've been using this now for about a year. I started alternating between my feet each night, and the pain I was experiencing seems to have gone away entirely in both. It's been so successful that I was able to take an almost 2 week long trip without it, and my feet didn't revert to their old pained ways in that time. I HAVE had to make a couple repairs to where the toe area because the aluminum bar has worn through, but it's been worth it. It is starting to get raggedy, and I may need to replace it some time in the next year.

Extremely Uncomfortable When Fitted to Perform
In order for this brace to lift the front of the foot slightly up-pointing, one has to make the front part really tight. Otherwise the space where the toes allows a lot of flex and the foot is not pulled up. To tighten the front to a degree to allow that, it becomes just uncomfortable to the point where toes turned blue from circulation being cut off.If you don't tighten the front enough, then there is not pull up in the toe area.Overall putting it on and off is also not very convenient.Materials are generally good quality, but the design has issuesFor this item to work properly, it would need a rigid/slid under-foot base with hinge in the heel area that holds it upward pointing, with the velcro doing nothing other than holding it in place. If the velcro is to provide the structural support, it just does not work

a comfortable option for foot care!
I do not have a narrow foot, so the strap that circles the toes could be a bit longer, but this may be intentional so that the end of the strap stays on the top of the foot. Everything else works perfectly! This is much more comfortable than I thought it would be and does not interrupt my sleep. I am surprised that I can see a difference in a short time with my foot pain.

Would be great if it lasted
I wish I could give this brace a better review. Overall it was helping a lot, unfortunately the Velcro type closure only lasted about 2 months before it would not hold anymore. The last few nights I woke up multiple times to have to fasten it back until I finally gave up and took it off. I tried to reach out to the company but they would only say they do not use “Velcro”. I am not sure what the closure is made of but it used to work similar to Velcro, until it wouldn’t hold anymore. So due to the quality of the product I can only give this 2 stars.
