This is a perfectly put together product. The cones are really durable. The resistance bands are perfect for my young daughter because she is not ready for weights, I also use them. The jumprope is thick and will last a while. My favorite is the agility ladder, as I am teaching my daughter to play basketball this ladder is adjustable and my daughter loves it. This set is perfect for athletic training or just the use of physical fitness purposes. I would recommend it to you as I have already recommended it to all my friends and family.

Really happy with my purchase, all of the items that come in this bag look good. The jump rope hurts your foot if you are jumping without shoes, but other then that it's great! The ladder is good, the stakes are really nice if you mess up a lot. Haven't spent a ton of time with the cones but they look and feel durable. Love having the drills on a sheet. Haven't used the rubber bands at all, but they look and feel nice.

We love this. we purchased it as a Christmas gift and our child is going to love the quality of the equipment. It arrived sooner then accepted and it appears to be made of quality material.

My daughter is an athlete who's studying Kinesiology and she has trained for years to increase her agility and speed. I bought this to help us both continue a healthy lifestyle of being (for her) and becoming (for me) physically fit! Everything was package nicely, I haven't tried the band as of yet, but everything else is great. The ladder is by far the LONGEST bladder I have ever seen. We plan to enjoy this greatly.

This agility equipment is just what my son needed to get in shape to be ready when he tries out for sports after this pandemic. He loved the strength of the material. I love that i i got more for my money!! Way to go. Will ne a return shopper!
