first off let ,e say the product is very good fit was good no instructions but none really neededyou will need to drill the holes for mounting measure them carefullylook and fit was very good construction was very good installation took about two hoursok now the reason i gave it two starswhen i ordered the tour pack i ordered a complete set all parts needed to installwhen it arrived it was missing the base plate the luggage rack and all mounting hard wareit took a week of emails and sending pics to the seller to get this straight and then another week to have the missing parts delivered and it was still missing some of the rubber washers needed to mount the luggage rack to the tour pack i just went out and bought what i needed was not going thru the hassle and waiting againas i said the product is good just take your time and measure where holes need to be drilledbut customer service is bad they insisted that all parts were shippedthe only way i got the replacements was after a week of emails i told them to send return shipping labels and refund my money then next email from them said replacement parts were being shipped

Initially after reading the reviews of some who swear the "TP wil not fit", or "does not come with this or that", or better yet, "It isn't Harley..." I was cautious. But then I remembered, most people are idiots so after reading the description I found that it does fit a 2021 RGS, which is what I have, Is Vivid Black, Which is my bikes color and only includes the TP, a backrest, a liner, and the TP hardware(hinges, latch.), NOT the hardware to attach said TP to a bracket. NOT a bracket, NOT a reinforcing piece of steel. Well I found a steel reinforcing plate as a separate item, but no way in hell was I paying 50 clams for a small cut piece of steel. I cut my own. Once drilled, I used my separate purchased nuts, bolts, and washers and mounted everything.Quality is fair, and to this point it all functions as intended. Latch is fine, albeit a little too snug which I am sure will loosen after some usage.I'll re post if something terrible happens in the next few months.So if you can read the description, are kinda handy with a drill and tape measure, this TP might just work out great and save you about 600 bucks.Enjoy,-Phil

Had this pack on the bike about 4 weeks. While riding part of the latch that holds the pack shut blew off going down the highway. It was past my 30 return through Amazon. Contacted the seller but not getting a response. Product is junk don’t waste your money

After 18 days it made it from west coast to Florida (must have been via mule?). All of the PARTS are there, and the nuts, bolts and keys, but the instructions effectively put all of the risk for damage in your court. The makers have drilling templates but don’t include them? With only one bolt to secure the backrest I’d never install it, unless you don’t care if you throw your wife, girlfriend, old lady, or whoever is on the back. Now reading some of the reviews I’m shocked at the common flattery, in spite of its many shortcomings. Mine is going back in the box and being returned. While it is much less expensive than anything with the HD brand, for over $300 I did not expect cheap.

I love the look BUT...........The tether inside broke the first week.The latch and chrome cover to the latch fell off while riding.I emailed and sent pictures of the issues and TCT-MT sent me new parts. The parts took a month to get. They are not installed yet but I'm hoping they will hold up.

Fit well excellent I luv it...only thing it never arrived with the dates that was told to me....but now i have it I love it!!

It is unbelievable to me something can break so soon after buying it for hundreds of dollars. The lock stopped working after locking it successfully 3 times! SMH I can understand it not lasting a year or so. But after 3 TIMES???? Beware!
