The one I purchased was US size. It should be pretty easy to determine. US sizes are typically from size 7 to size 14 or so. UK sizes are in the 30's and 40's.

Yes, mine was a little big. Not quite much at all, but it's not the usual measure of the size. I can't say if all Clark shoes have this kind of particular measure, because in another Clark models I didn't had this tiny problem
