Great for your gums and cleaning in between teeth.
These are great at getting at getting "stuff" out from between teeth. Good massager for your gums. Nice fresh taste, leaves you mouth feeling fresh. Came with a little container that will hold up to 8, so I can keep some in my purse. (NOTE: I haven't received the case item before, so maybe it was a special thing - I don't know) Love these. Have bought before and will buy again.

Check they don’t break easily with use.
Got the 4 pack. I’ve used the product for years but I have to take one star off because I don’t think I received legitimate product or I got a bad batch. They were coming apart with use and pieces were getting stuck between my teeth. This never happened before. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the package until much later as I already had bought some from the store. I think I may write to the company directly as I do trust the GUM products as I’ve said for years and I can’t believe this was anything but a mistake.
