The price is fairly reasonable for this license plate compared to others out there and it's all metal.I read the reviews before buying and many mentioned that the image faded quickly. I've only had it a week so I can't say yet but I went out and bought some Rust-Oleum "clear durable topcoat" that claims to offer UV protection.My hope is that it will prevent or at least slow the fading process.Meanwhile, I'm enjoying the license plate. It looks good but maybe a splash of color wouldn't hurt.

Bought a used Nissan Frontier. It had a front license plate holder. The truck is black and this plate looks great on it.

I purchased 2 of these recently. I really loved the simplicity. They looked great initially. But within 2 months, they both turned a really ugly shade of brown!! Maybe the sun? Super disappointing. Will not purchase again.

Looks just like the picture! Solid. Not cheap plastic! Looks great with or without license plate cover. Actually looks better without, but I don't want the elements and salt to ruin it, so I covered it. Love this!

I really loved the design of this vanity plate. I knew that it would eventually fade, but it happened much quicker than I expected. Within six months, most people couldn't discern the picture further than 2 feet away.

After only a few months on my truck, all the black color is slowly fading away to pink.
