This is a great starter kit for Ikebana fans. I am still new to it but as soon as I got it, I took my flowers out of my vase and did my first Ikebana arrangement at home. I am delighted with it! I hope you'll enjoy your creations with it.

The product was used to produce a type of Japanese flower arranging called Ikebana.

These are great and perfect for the purpose. Heavy, sturdy, well made - they do what you expect them to do. In addition to the weight there's a rubber band around the base to keep the kenzan firmly in place. I'm glad I bought a package of 2 pcs, I find that just one wouldn't be the best fit for all of my containers. Even the smaller one can hold a substantial arrangement - I currently have 1 thin stem, 1 thicker stem, and 4-5 smaller mini-branches in mine.The kenzans came very well and safely packaged, with all of the pins in perfect condition and position.

They do exactly what was claimed - enabled flowers (and twigs) to be supported on a heavy firm base for displays. Well made with quite dense pinning they are exactly right for job. Good purchase.

As a keen flower arranger we are always being encouraged to ‘save the planet’ and use less floral foam(oasis) to hold our arrangements. Using these metal flower frogs means you can reuse time and time again.
