My wife likes these shoes compare to her usual regular walking shoe. They are not constructed for heavy duty but ok for limited walking. Only have had for a week or so and hoping they will hold up.

These are nice easy shoes to put on and you can tighten or loosen them as feet need. My only complaint is that they run wide and I had to get foam inserts and add extra velcro to make the strap fit tighter. But I need a shoe that I can loosen during the day as my feet swell.

I read they run small? I usually wear a 9W. That’s with a normal thickness of a sock. They felt big. I couldn’t get a snug feel with the Velcro closure. I returned the 9. I ordered an 8.5. I’m going to like the big spacious opening to slip my foot in with ease. Easy on and off.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I have purchased for my disabled mother. She only uses them when walking with physical therapy three times a week. Her first pair lasted approximately one year after which the Velcro on the strap started to separate. Rather than repair, I purchased a new pair because of the affordability. I do, however expect that with the infrequent use of these shoes that the sewn attachments would last longer. I bought another pair of the same shoes at my mother’s request.

My feet are always swollen due to medications and desk job with long hours. I recently went to Las Vegas and purchased these shoes to walk around in. Worth every penny!! They not only helped with the swelling but I was able to walk around for several hours at a time without my feet hurting at the end of the day. I'll be buying another pair for short trail hikes.

I read the many positive reviews, and decided to take a chance on these el cheapo, made in China, cuties. Big mistake!I think these shoes are really cute, but I do not find them very comfortable because I quickly feel hard surfaces and bumps beneath my feet when wearing them on anything but plush carpeting. Yes, the insoles are padded; however, they are also very thin. The insoles are removable which is always a plus.This might not be the case for everyone, but they are a bit wide on the sides at the arch area for my feet. Because of this, there is some bulge that is a little unattractive as can be seen in the pictures. The length is as expected, and the round toe provides ample toe wiggle room. The shoe slips on my narrow heels. They are not very supportive and are without a good arch support.The shoes are not easy to get into if one is wearing socks. I wanted to wear no show lightweight socks or no socks with them. When I try the socks approach, the shoe catches the sock and I cannot comfortably slip my foot into the shoe without the sock pulling back on my toes. I also tried the no sock approach, but the sides of the tongue are unfinished, and the knitted material that the uppers are made of are not too friendly with my bare feet. The strap is very ample in length for my feet. I think it best to spend a bit more money, and have a better shoe.

I bought these because it was getting difficult for me to tie my shoe laces. These are comfortable yet as stable as lace-up tennis shoes. Plus, I think they are more stylish than regular lace ups. They get a 5-star rating from me!

Shoes are easy for me to use now that my arthritis and breathing problems have worsened making tying laces on my favorite shoes very difficult. Unfortunately the biggest fault of these shoes is the tongue not being properly attached to the shoes like most sneakers and walkingrunning shoes are. You have to be careful when putting these shoes on ( be sure to wear thin socks to avoid loose edges of tongue rubbing on skin ) as the edges of the tongue are not attached properly all around so they'll end up irritating your feet if you like to wear your shoes sockless.It's a shame the maker of the shoes for whatever reason didn't think that making the inside of the shoes as smooth as possible like other sneakers walking shoes, comfort shoes do, was that important to seniors. We seniors may be slower but we still depend on a well made pair of shoes when going for walks with family or friends, or even being confined to a wheelchair.
