Such a sweet, funny, and altruistic book. I laughed and felt very relatable to the characters. Meghan Quinn does it again. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

Spoilerish donāt read if you hate that
Charlee was OTT. Seriously between her workplace antics and all the days she took off after only being employed for a short time thereās no chance sheād still have a job unless the boss was in deep. While I mostly enjoyed Charlee and literally laughed out loud a couple times sometimes it was just too much and I wished sheād dial it back a notch or twelve. The grandmother subplot. Yeah, that was...bad. I donāt know how to process that because it was beyond awful but at the same time if it was really happening and grandma found out Charlee was lying wouldnāt she feel just as hurt? IDK. I think they both did deceitful things with the best intentions, but only one expressed sorrow. Finally, I didnāt really like the reason for the fallout between Charlee and Rath. It was the perfect setup for the grand gesture, but it didnāt work to me. I could write a lot here but Iāll try to keep it brief. One of the things Charlee pointed out in various ways is that Rath was a man of integrity and his words could be trusted even if he wasnāt sharing everything. The man asked for time and patience to share and she agreed. Then held it against him. She says she loves him, but canāt be bothered to listen to his explanation. Huh? Admittedly the thing with his parents not knowing deserved side eye, but itās not like she was so forthcoming. Her personality may have been an open book but other details werenāt and most of what theyād shared with each other until then had been frivolous and silly so honestly the fallout from the wedding seemed contrived and OTT.I generally donāt like when male characters are held to a seemingly different standard or have to be the ones to grovel when both parties seem like they should have handled things differently, but I still really like the book. Charlee was a bit much, but at least she was memorable. The book held my attention and I enjoyed some laughs, so yeah four stars despite my grievances.

SO GOOD
Can I just say... this series has been absolute PERFECTION. Each book has a completely different vibe, stands on its own but reads even better as a series, and showcases romantic comedy with depth. Iāve been waiting a full year for Rathās book and am delighted to say that is was everything I couldāve hoped for.The story follows Charlee, an executive assistant in need of a job. When a friend recommends her for a position working with Rath, neither one has any idea what theyāre in store for. Charlee is a dash of brightness and charm in Rathās otherwise dull life, with a quirky and endearing personality he canāt resist for long. The only problem? Rath has experience falling for a coworker, and he knows all too well the reasons itās a terrible idea.I laughed my butt off reading this - thereās so much lightness and fun that the pages fly by, but thereās plenty of depth as well. We see the sweet, sexy side of Rath thatās buried beneath his grumpiness as well as the frat boy persona he has with his friends. While this has a whole lot of comedy (especially at the beginning), it gets deeper and more emotional as the story goes on. Just when I started thinking it was getting too heavy and too focused on sex, Quinn turned things around and hit me with a great ending. Iām so glad Quinn decided to give us Rathās story, and I cannot wait to see what she writes next. I received an ARC via Candi Kane PR (then purchased it for my collection) and am voluntarily leaving a review of this hysterical yet heartwarming book.

My favorite Meghan Quinn book so far!
I. LOVE. THIS! This is probably my favoriteĀ Meghan QuinnĀ book so far. I've read Roark's story inĀ Diary of a Bad BoyĀ a few months back. Dive straight inĀ Boss Man BridegroomĀ without even realizing that I've read the second and third book in whatever series these boys have until its too late. Though every book were completely standalone, the timeline of each story was I'm regretting for. Nonetheless, I'll sure be reading Bram's story inĀ The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend's SisterĀ in the future! This book was an absolute laugh fest, I love it! It had me laughing for the 70% of the time! I just love everything about it. Charlee Cox was a delightful sight and I just love her and her rainbow disposition. She was funny, quirky and her love for organizational stuff was just over the top. I can say I relate to her at that point because I might slightly have an obsession to everything organize and colorful pens! Rath Westin was a charmer! I love him as well. The cold upfront was understandable but underneath the layers was a warm and fuzzy man. Really loved the chemistry between the MCs. Every characters were amazing and the story was just light and right. Need I to mentioned the bromance between Rath and Bram?! This was an amazing read and I recommend reading all of it!

Loved it!
Omg... Meghan Quinn, I bow down to you! This book is hilarious... these to characters are so much fun!Rath- totally loveable, hardcore, pain in the ass but in a good way.Charlee- my new best friend seriously, her passion for organization, yet passion for life is inspiring, yet she canāt find the right man to take on all the flare and organizational desires! That is until she meets the one man who canāt seem to totally get rid of Charlee, even though he says he wants her to go, heās really saying come back but one thing about Charlee she just like her favourite sticky notes (made to stick and take notes she will..)Grandma- love her to bits... everyone needs a grandma like her.The relationships in this book are so funny, literally had me breaking out in bed laughing (well honestly trying not to wake the hubby) so shaking the bed while dying with giggles. Rathās, Bramās and Roarkās Bromance is hilarious.. I just canāt say enough.Funniest book Iāve read In Forever .... 5++++ stars. This would be the best rom-com ever. Definitely pay to see it.
