Smelled bad
Perfect height heel, perfect sleek look, perfect adjusting calf stretch. I am in between wide and not wide calfs, and these were absolutely perfect all around. The 11W was a true wide width. I felt stable on the heel, which normally doesn't happen for me. However, I had to return them because the back of the calf material fabric looked cheap and smelled like neoprene very strongly. I couldn't wear them because I kept smelling the boots. I was so sad to return these. If you are not sensitive to smells, these might be perfect for you.

Heal is just right.
I wear these at work where I manage a large restaurant. They are very comfortable and the heal is just right.

I made sure to order this pair of boots extra wide & they are still too small to zip up like I have with other boots
