Mrs. McTats and Her Houseful of Cats

Really fun book to read to a 1 year old anda 7year old. We love the rhyming rhythem and the 1 year old loves to say no everytime I read "was there room for 3 more?" A very good book on endless love and inclusion and the illustrations are fun and lively. The picture on the wall of husband and wife couple is constantly changing with the increase of felines and that is also an enjoyable action to point out. This recommendation came from a grandma sitting next to me on a long plane ride and it didnt disappoint!

I bought this book for my grandchildren and we all loved it and read it many times. Our copy has been passed on to our little honorary grandson, and we've just sent a copy to a friend whose first grandchild is due soon. Such a clever rhyming story with a variety of cats and the lovely women who takes them in. The illustrations are soft and sweet. Perfect.

I wish i had found this book years ago. I bought this for my 7 y.o. who loves cats. She found the story to be adorable and she likes to read it over and over even though it is below her readinig level. I wish I had found this book anytime between when my daughter was 2-5. She would have been reading it for years. It is a very cute story and helps the kids with counting and the alphabet even though they may not realize it. I definitely recommend this book.

Absolutely adorable book! My 4 year old and 2 year old boys love it so much. We originally borrowed it from the library, and had to purchase it because they want to read it over and over. Great rhyming story and beautiful illustrations.

A really darling book! I love the illustrations and the story. I love how each kitty has a name. I gave this as a gift for my mother-in-law who is a kitty lover. One of the cats in the story has my mother-in-law's name. She loved receiving this book even though it is a children's book.

Fun, cute book. My daughter loves cats and she just adores this book! The story names all the cats in A-Z order and the story also rhymes. One of our favorites!

I purchased this book for my children and this particular purchase is for my great nephew (I'm keeping my copy for future grandchildren ;) ). If you love cats, it's an adorable story.
