Worked great!
I had replaced ink, used the head cleaning utility, and printed a dozen nozzle test patterns on my printer all to no avail. Took a chance with this kit since I didn't want to buy a new printer and waste all the ink I had already bought. To my surprise it resolved the issue within only about 15 minutes! My only complaint is that the kit seems a little expensive for what it is. I can't imagine a piece of plastic, a syringe, a tube, some pieces of paper, and a tiny bottle of solution costs much however there are limited alternatives in the marketplace at this time so I'll take what I can get.

They said it would work or money back, didn’t need the money back.
Worked great. The website had a good video that helped. Only vagueness was to wait between 10 minutes and 12 hours if you didn’t catch it early. I have no idea what “catch it early” would mean. But it did a great job with minimal waiting. I must have caught it early. Couldn’t be happier.

I found the device to be of limited use.
The Epson consumer printers with the stalk over which the ink cartridge fit were easier to clear of clogs by putting the tubing over the stalk. I do advise watching and learning from YouTube videos. It takes some finesse and not every failure to print is due to a clog.Epson's newer printers have cartridges with a sponge/mesh outlet that fits over the print head ink port. This is spring inside that cartridge to keep it tight against the print head inlet. This product is an attempt to have a device fit over that ink input rectangle. Even so, it is hard to make a good fit and I found the device to be of limited use. I have 20 years experience with Epson inkjet printers of all varieties. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use 3rd party cartridges filled with cleaning fluid on these newest printers unless you make make it chipless. That's really the best way to go in my experience.Your experience may vary. For the amount of cleaning solution provided, I though this product overpriced.

Worked Good
I had print black not printing nozzle check grid lines correctly. I didn't warm the solution but it worked fine after a few flushes. After the second try I let it sit for 3 hours and that did the trick. I only used the nozzle check about 6 to 8 times to flush excess cleaning fluid out. I would not use the head clean cycle because it uses too much ink.

Great kit, great seller too
I have an Epson XP-600 that's had streaky issues with black for a while. I've tried printing it more often, buying replacement cartridges prematurely, performing the printer-operated head clean operation - nothing really worked. I finally made an evening project out of this and used this kit on all the colors' heads, and now the printer works like a charm. The purple gloves made me feel important, too. :)I know Amazon reviews are meant to reflect only the product and not the seller, but since it's reasonable to assume you'll only get this kit from the Printhead Hospital seller, I think it's appropriate to mention: A+ seller to deal with. I had a very small issue with the kit upon delivery - barely worth a complaint - and he went above and beyond making things right. Very upstanding seller that cares about customer service.

Destroyed my xp-7100
The product is well made and according to video simple to use, I totally agree. However, the results were horrific. The printer had closed jets on each color, but it was usable. I followed the video exactly using the exact amount of cleaner and after running the Epson print head and check it was worse. I “cleaned” it several more times extending the cycle time each. Several colors got better some worse. I left it over night (Do not do this!) and it the results were worse. At this point I had run thru a new set of xl cartridges $100. Thru printer in the trash (10 months old!)

Easy way to unblock Epson printers with printing problems
One of my printers had completely stopped printing. Epson said since it was 'out of warranty', there was nothing they could do. They said I should buy a new one! (of course). The other printer had lines in the printouts that I couldn't resolve with normal maintenance. This cleaning system worked well on both of my Epson printers. Easy to cut the blotting pad to fit under the print head mechanism for each of my printers. However, you have to be careful and not squeeze the syringe too fast into the print sections. That'll cause the liquid and ink to overflow from the cardboard soaking pad. (There are instructions included.)Now, both of my printers work fine with no lines!!!!! Take that Epson customer service!

Cleaned clogged nozzle fast!
My Epson XP-800 printer stopped printing red. I tried numerous head cleanings, to the point of having to replace all my ink cartridges and still no red would print. After a couple of contacts with Epson (where they seemed to require my entire life's history from birth) they said that since my printer was out of warrantee I would have to send it to a service center. After some online research I ran across the very helpful YouTube video that showed how to clean the nozzles with this product. I ordered it immediately and re-ran the video once it arrived. I followed the instructions and with only one cleaning my printer is working just like new! I can't tell you how rewarding it was to fix this myself for very little money.

Does what it should
It worked partially. Print heads were probably too far gone. Replaced printer with new one

Waited too long to use
Unfortunately, the print heads did not clean, partly due to the fact I waited too long to try it out and partly due to the fact that the print heads were clogged in December after sitting several months without use. May have to junk the printer now after only a couple of years.
