These are fun to watch!
Great for relaxing and calming kids down. Great teaching moments too. How does it work? I have three so we "bet" on which one will take a drink next. How can you tell which will drink next? Great for observational skills. There is also a website that you can watch together that explains how they work. take turns filling the cup see how close you can get to the top without overflowing (hand/eye coordination, patience) I make everything into little teaching moments without them even realizing it. I've had some come back and say, " Hey, my teacher was just talking to us about "xyz" and I already knew the answers because of (whatever we were doing regarding that.) They are so excited and feel real smart that they had already heard about thus and such. This also helps to understand the full scope of a topic when you already know the basics. Sorry to be so long, I just love these little guys.

Didn't work correctly.
Bought this for a gift. It does not work as described. Only keeps moving for a little while and then stops. :(
