Great product, but missing the promised gift.
The Eulactol Heel Balm Gold is amazing—it really helps keep my skin moisturized and prevents dryness. However, I didn't receive the Chinese Knot gift that was promised with the order, so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The balm itself is fantastic, though!
