They really work
No leaks, no spills, the hardest part is pulling them back up after going to the restroom. Not a great feeling when u first pull them back up. So better for short time spans like overnight when sleeping or during a sporting event. But if u need to wear all day, u can!

Perfect for people who need full front coverage!
Excellent product for occasional leakage. Leak-proof with a full _front_ and back absorbent gusset is exactly what I've been looking for.For longer day outings I add an incontinence pad, but usually the underwear alone is sufficient.I would note that the size seems to vary from order to order; sometimes they are a bit snug.

Finally… perfectly cut panties
Dear Tutuesther, I absolutely love these panties! They are my favorites out of all the ones I’ve ever bought or been given. I don’t understand the material in the center panel, but I don’t really care. These panties are cut perfectly. I don’t have a big butt, but I don’t have a flat butt either, and I hate panties that cut across my butt cheeks. Those kind ride up my crack when I walk, run and squat, and when I don’t have pants, shorts, leggings, stockings, or tights on, I’m constantly pulling at them trying to pull the bottom edge under my butt cheeks. Not so with these. These I pull on and I’m immediately comfortable and relaxed. They don’t crawl up between, they cover everything, they don’t have to cover part of my upper thigh to do it, and they don’t cover my belly button or lower back (which I also hate). They just cover my crotch and butt and they do so completely. Wonderful wonderful product. I highly recommend these. I do have one request (or wish): that you’d make bras matching these panties in the same sets of colors. Please consider doing that. I like buying sets and I bet a lot of other women would too.

Not very absorbent & rather uncomfortable
I bought these period underwear hoping they'd be comfortable and effective, but I was let down. They fit well, but they weren't absorbent at all. Every time I wore them, I had to deal with leaks and stains, which was not only frustrating but also defeats their entire purpose. As a relative comparison, I also tried the Shero brand thong-cut with a light absorbency level, and even those were way more absorbent (and vastly more comfortable) than these. I'll probably order more of the Shero brand and just throw these away or possibly save them for emergencies. Overall, while they're not terrible and they fit well, I would not recommend these.

Work well. Fabric could be softer
Overall recommend. Not as soft on fabric but still discreet

These are a game changer when you start "aging"!
I started using blood thinners a couple year ago due to having blood clots in my lungs. Well, that changed my menstrual flow for the worst. These legit have saved me time and time again. I still use other products to help while my flow is at it's heaviest. However, for the last few days of my cycle these are all I need. In fact I wear these all month long, and won't go back to my "old styles or brands". They are also great for those of us ladies who have issues when you sneeze....if you know what I mean...It saves a lot of money on pads! These wash up & dry wonderfully, they don't shrink. The only thing I noticed is the colored pairs seem to have a lower cut in the back, the all black ones go up a little higher and don't feel like they are sagging down my butt. :) Just buy them, and don't worry about the cost because they will pay for themselves in the long run!

Not that absorbant
these, they’re comfortable as regular underwear. the absorbency is lacking severely. i leaked a little bit, A LITTLE and i checked the wetness and i seeped through

Very comfortable
Gift for my daughter. She wanted to try something different than pads tearing at her regular underwear. these work very nicely for her and she says they are comfortable and breathe nicely. She wears them throughout her period with only an extra cloth pad for heavy days or on a heavy night. They wash and wear easily. I have bought another set for her and she rarely has to buy pads anymore.

Comfortable
The pad could have been further up but it works comfortable washes well maybe a size smaller would have been better for me

Pretty good!
These are okay! I’m 5’5" + 100 pounds, so an XS fit just fine. The band is thin, though, and there’s not a lot of stretch so they aren’t very period bloating-friendly. They’re a little stiff, which is kinda uncomfortable, but I also like it because it feels like it’s holding my pad in place more than typical ultra-soft panties. I wear these at night only, partly because I don’t need them as much during the day, but also because they make a swishy sound on my pants when I walk. Whether I’m wearing jeans, cotton sweats, athletic sweats, it doesn’t matter, they will swish. They even make a sound on my bare legs if I walk around with no pants on. This IS noticeable to others- my husband will hear me down the hall and affectionately call me "swishy butt" when I enter the room hahaOverall they’re okay! I wasn’t expecting Thinx as these are way cheaper, so these pretty much match the price point.

Good for leaks just didn’t really like the shape
They work well for the intended purpose to protect your clothes from Menstrual leaks and the large fit well for my size (140-150 lbs and around 5’3” tall) except that they are pretty low rise. I haven’t had children but my pouch below my belly button is still considerable and I do wish these came up higher instead. Where they sit just cuts below love handles and belly fat during the time of the month that I’m most bloated and uncomfortable, so I sooner grab another high wasted brand or my washable pads. I’m 36 and perhaps I should’ve just gotten them in a bigger size but I have a feeling that’s have just made them wider when it’s the shape itself that I don’t overly care for. They’re also more brief shaped than I thought, more like board shorts. I think I’ll give them to my 12yr old step niece, shes thin and hasn’t gotten the curvy womanhood thighs quite yet, so they may just be perfect for her. She doesn’t need them yet but I’ll update when she tries them out :)

Neat
They did not fit as expected. A little tight. Had an incident, where I bled through. I was hoping therr would be no use for a pad or liner but not so.

Cheaper, cuter, and lighter than Hesta Rael sanitary panties!
I wish I had found these before I bought a bunch of Hesta Rael panties! These are actually cute...they're full coverage hipster-style and a little extra generous in the crotch which is really helpful if you use them to free bleed like I do. There's not much absorbancy, but for those early or late "spotty" days of a period, or tampon backup, these are perfect. They don't look or feel like period panties, although you can kinda feel the "gore tex" layer when you touch them. They also aren't cheeky—thank god, nothing's worse than that wedgie feeling on your period. My Hesta's work fine, too, but cost twice as much and have a bit of a diaper look, especially with the ugly curved seam in the front. They aren't as generous in the crotch, although it's never created a problem. Plus, the back seems to slip down while I'm sleeping, giving me "plumber butt" even though the panties mostly fit. I guess the Hesta's are organic cotton, which could justify the more than double price but I really prefer the styling on the Tutesther.I'm a size 7 (can wear 6 or 8 usually) and these are comfiest for me after washing in a size L. The widest part of my hips is 40".
