Blades incorrect length.

I bought this to strip a lot of RG59 for making custom lengths of cable runs in my home.This tool has two blades inside each end, one for cutting the coax through to the core, and the other for cutting the outer jacket. Stick the cable through, spin it a few times, and one blade cuts through the copper core while the other severs the inner insulation. You're left with bare copper sticking out. No exposed braided shield, and no inner insulation is left.

First RG6 I tried it on, the tool didn't bite and just spun right off the cable. Immediately trashed it, instead of returning. One less piece to be resold to the next victim.

Didn’t work. Blades wrong sizes. Tried returning and getting another. Also garbage

Useful tool when you need a coax prep tool to take up minimal space in your tool pouch. Works well.
