Ok ordered this beautiful trainers for my niece and when received i saw that they were too small for her size so had to go bigger at least 1size. Emailed the company to return these and order another bigger size snd they were so lovely that asked me to keep these seeing that we are in uk and to stop the virus from spreading and they had ordered me another bigger size and had posted with the fastest shipment. Now this is top notch customer service in my opinion. Thank you so much for your help. I have read that this company deals with buyers very kindly but now I can see it for myself. We live in a world where money is not a problem anymore but kindness is and imNot happy that I got s free pair of shoes coz that has not made me richer or poorer but im happy that there is still people out there that have a big heart and are prepared to lose abit but gain huge respect on the other hand from their clients. Very quick customer service dealing with my query. I couldn’t ne happier. I will be buying for my son my daughter and all my friends daughters that I know just so I can support this company even more. Good product, good wheels. Heavy and bit bulky.There isn’t any instructions about the lights and wheels. However able to find the button that controls lights. It was little hard to fit the additional wheels.

My son hasn’t taken them off since he had them! Absolutely loves them! The lights are really bright too!

Customer service fantastic, sent them earlier so they would be in time for birthday, then I could not find cable for shoes and was upset ,wrote bad review so sorry as I found cable after quick response by skybird.would certainly recommend skybird.

Solid product, well made, comes with usb cables to charge the lights and extra wheels to make them full skates. Retractable wheels means that they can be worn as regular shoes. The size came up small. My daughter is a Clark’s UK 11 but she needed a 12. Great customer service from this seller. I would recommend.

These look great and the lights are so bright. Wheels are so easy to pop in and out so the kids can wear them as trainers if they change their mind about being on wheels half way through the outings. The company have been fantastic at getting back to me and resolved a small issue I had quickly and very satisfactorily.
