Overall I am quite pleased with this adapter and would definitely buy again.I love the helicoid design as it it makes it possible to get a lot closer than most rangefinder lenses typically allow. The infinity stop on the helicoid seems accurate.There are definitely a few small issues. I was a bit surprised at the amount of what I assume was residual machining grease present on the surface of the adapter; I gave mine a quick wipe down with an alcohol swab which seemed to alleviate the issue. The bigger issue, however, is the amount of wobble that I get with the helicoid extended - its nothing that renders the adapter unusable, but it is very present.Those complaints aside, this is a wonderful adapter that provides a great value and adds a ton of versatility to rangefinder lenses.

As an owner of the OEM M-L adapter, I took interest in this adapter for its close focus capability. As all my M lenses doesn’t focus closer than 0.7m, I wanted something that’ll let me get closer. The only thing I wish this had was the capability to communicate the lens attached or it similar to the OEM. Aside from that, I’ll use this over the OEM adapter 95% of the time.

This adapter is amazing and solves the only negative thing about Leica M-mount lenses; that they can only focus as close as .7 meters, and sometimes it's just not close enough. I use it to mount Leica M lenses to my Leica CL. After focusing the lens as close as possible, you simply turn the knurled ring around the adapter giving your lens macro capability. It is even more extreme on wider lenses.It's tiny and built like a tank. It also has the best lens release button I've ever seen on a lens adapter. It's simply a flat tab right by the lens release. The adapter fits snugly and works exactly as advertised. Highly recommended and 5 out of 5 stars!

I use this adaptor on my Leica SL to adapt a Zeiss 50mm f1.5 sonnar lens.The adaptor does what it is supposed to do, i.e., to reduce the minimum focussing distance.It is a must have adaptor if you adapt m mount lens to L mount and want to achieve shorter minimum focus. I haven't noticed any degradation in IQ due to this adaptor.

Not much to say besides it works great and is built well. Mated my Voigtlander Ultron 28mm F2 (1st Gen) to my Panasonic S5 without issue.

I hope this company continues to make more products like this one.

If you don't need electrical contacts, this is the adapter to get. Fits SL perfectly and being able to get closer to your subject is amazing. It can also handle more weight than Leica's M adapter . Honestly, I was surprised.

This product has an excellent build quality and an accurate flange distance. I feel confident my Leica M lenses are safe with it. The one issue is that there is no lock on the macro focus rotation which means it will drift on heavier lenses. For example I walked around with a Voigtlander 21mm f/1.4 and infinity distance was impacted slightly as my macro ring rotated on its own through regular carrying. When I put the TTArtisan 90mm f/1.25 (Noctilux clone) it was even worse, with a very noticeable inability to focus on infinity due to the weight and the focal length. Haoge: please add the lock like the Voigtlander macro focus adapter has.

other reviews mention that it would be great if it had a lock, id agree.but does its job well so far, totally fair and correct for the price, no infinity issues with my uses.also own the vm-e close focus adapter and this is not a clone/copy, its close enough though.so this is quite useful as there is not a lot of helicoid close focus choices for using L mount with M lenses. good to have, no complaints

マウントのはまり方に問題なく、ヘリコイドもスムーズで適度な重さです。少し無限遠に届いていない感じもありますが、レンズ側の個体差もあると思うので、遠景は絞って使います。
