These work great on my Red Dot Triple Track golf cart roof for attaching grab handles to the roof. These handles are made to go on the back of headrests on a Jeep or other SUV with a rear seat(s), but also work great for the golf cart. It's a big benefit to able to easily adjust the handle all the way up and down the tracks, and because the handles are relatively soft/flexible if you bump your head getting in and out of the golf cart the handles simply move out of the way.

Work well. Sturdy.

Cheaper than Rockler and works just as well.

I use them as part of a hold down on my CNC machine bed.

I use these to secure my trolling motor mount on Boonedox landing gear. They fit on the gear track and holding up fine.

Works perfect on this roof rack.
