Received this on April 5, 2021 I didn't install right away as I had to build walls and install sinkNot very user friendly No instructions for installation. After I figured that out it was very loud when flushedFinished install June 21st lasted until July 3rdCompany has shipped a replacement. They were very nice:)Out standing!!!! Not fun to remove. But the knew replacement works GREAT!!!!!Quiet and Works Perfectly. Very Happy. Sometimes you get one made on Monday:)

The mold wasn't completely sealed all of the way and leaked once filled, but it was small enough to fill and seems to be fine.

First the most disguising think that can happen to a customer who is willing to buy a product over 900 of dollars is an extremely poor service. I had a bad feeling when I started dealing with seller. Buying a product without looking at it is already a risk and sometimes it might not work for you for different reasons. This product comes from an extremely disgruntled company run by a single owner who make every effort to not return your money.Now for the product quality, my county inspector found it inferior quality and recommended me change it with a better unit. The back drain is little bigger than what is specified and leaves a gap for water to drain in tiles. Pump is too loud for promoting it as silent macerating pimp.All in all, a bad choice to go with product and this seller in particular. Go with the seller who are better rated in service and product delivery.

We had a small leak under the toilet and contacted customer service. Thru the time we went on vacation and other times we were not home the silent venus support team stayed in contact and kept following up with us about the issue. We tried a suggestion from their plumber and it resolved our issue. The customer service from this company far exceeded my expectations and was so refreshing compared to what you get elsewhere. They are committed (in my experience) to making happy customers. The Toilet has only been in use a couple weeks so I can not speak to durability. But if i remember to update the post 6m or 12m down the road i will.

I went with this toilet for two reasons. #1 size, #2 cost. Similar toilets cost more than $1000. Out of the box it seemed like a solid toilet. Install was pretty easy even though the directions were terrible. After spending a few hours plumbing everything I plug it in, flush it and water starts spraying out. I tried contacting customer service and got no reply at all so I decided to fix the toilet myself. Fast forward about a year later and now the toilet starts to act differently when it flushes. It sounds different sometimes and sometimes it’s fine. I send another email and make a phone call to customer service and hear nothing. Last week it makes a terrible sound and after that it won’t flush any longer.I reach out to customer service and this time they respond a day later. I explain the entire situation but sorry the toilet is out of warranty now. I‘m sorry for your previous experience but you will have to fix it yourself or hire a plumber.$600 toilet was actually used for 13 months and now it’s a bathroom decoration.I’m now using a Saniflo sani compact toilet. They offer a two year warranty and a third year if you register it online. They also have tested data showing how long their toilets should last.We all have a budget but I didn’t budget that the silent Venus would be dead in a year.

Put this product in the basement to start another bathroom. The tank keeps breaking seals, there’s something sharp where the seals go. Then the toilet keeps leaking making the system run more then it needs too. It goes off every hour or half hour. If your looking for a quiet system this isn’t one to get. When you flush it is on the loud side.

We bought this toilet for a new basement bathroom. We’ve been using the toilet for a year now with almost no problems. We did watch an installation video before attempting to install and read about what size pipes are needed. The only problem has been the flush button, one side does not work after a year, but it flushes good with using just one side of the button. Overall I’d buy the toilet again. I plan on fixing the button as soon as I can find the parts. Also, for those that say it is loud I do not agree with, but we installed ours with the macerator pump on the other side of the wall. It looks better this way and solves the noice problem.After I posted the review I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement button. The company has great customer service and makes a great product.

I would give a better rating but was disappointed with the missing hardware for a toilet seat. I contacted the seller. They promise to do something, but still, nothing happens. Installation was not easy even for professional, because of the difference in sizes for tubing, I think European standard and USA. It took more than 3 hours to install it. Will be much easier if flexible tubing adaptors will be included in the kit. It will be a plus if cleaning reagents for the toilet and macerator will be recommended. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.Update 04/2021:A new toilet seat with mounting hardware was received and installed by my husband. So far so good! Thank you!
