They are nice and cushioned well for hurdler. The fit was a little large so if your between go smaller.

This spike looks nice but was now durable. It's been less then 3 months and the sole is coming apart on one of the shoes already. My daughter runs track and this shoes didn't even last one season.

My son loves this shoe for long jumping

They are not a soft back shoe so my daughter gets blisters when running and they hurt her. Also spikes dull quickly.

Would recommend to others.
