I love this digital cooking thermometer. I have already thrown out my regular thermometer because my digital is so much faster and accurate and I no longer have to try to figure out the temperature reading between lines. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

I have never been able to cook chicken without it drying out so I was looking forward to testing this for chicken specifically. I like the length of the probe because others that I have used have been very short and have made the display hard to see/read. This display was very easy to see and has two different settings for F or C. The design is very slim and the battery will last forever. One thing I wish it had was a holder as this just came in a cylindrical plastic tube. The display reads it to the tenth place so it will record readings like 167.2. I liked that it did record the temperature to that closeness.My chicken never reached 180 so I decided to cut into it to see if it was still raw. It was white and dry before it reached the temp recommended for poultry. I don't know if it is a misread by the thermometer or if my oven temperature is wonky. Nonetheless, I do like this thermometer and will use it for my Thanksgiving turkey.

I received the Digital Thermometer yesterday..So today I tried it out in several ways...I cooked frozen veggies in microwave and than checked the temp at 165 degrees,,Than I tried a piece of pork..I also checked meat with another thermometer to see if accurate...It was...The only thing is the print is so small it is hard to read what you are pushing to get started..I think being a wee bit larger would be helpful...But I did like the product..A little pricy for so small a probe...Not sure I would pay much for the product...I sure it would suit many others...
