This is a brilliant mixer, its sturdy, powerful and really easy to use.

weighty
The saying goes 'buy cheap pay twice' I have ditched my cheap mixer and bought this amazing mixer. I already have 2 Kenwood appliances - an easy chop chopper, which is brilliant, and a full blown processor that I have had for ages. I like the fact that I can stand it up on end, quite weighty with the 450w motor. I'm going to be baking a lot more now.

Heavy powerful mixer & not so user friendly.
Heavy Mixer with a good powerful 450w motor for serious mixing. Unfortunately one mixing blade was out of true and wobbled excessively so would have likely crashed into the other blade eventually and therefore I had to return it for a refund. Switch configuration and blade ejection not the best. Now bought the Kenwood 300w model which is much lighter and has easier switches and blade ejection so looks good for general mixing and smaller weaker hands. High expectations of this 300w model. Fingers crossed!

Broken after 5 minutes of using it, white smoke coming from and it and burnt plastic smell. Clearly not powerful enough for dough mixing although it comes with an accessory for that.
