The book might be informative its content but its pages look like expensive photocopies of an original manuscript bound together.

Unable to read the charts- font too small
The media could not be loaded. All the charts are not readable. Font is too small and black and Grey colour making difficult to read.Please accept the return of this physical copy. I will buy kindle one instead.

Just got the book delivered and was browsing through the book and contents. The book is rich in diagrams(as expected). But quality of the diagrams and images is bad. All the charts and diagrams are black and white images and Font size is too small to read.Will had to return for this

If you want to map experiences, this is the book.
A very exhaustive book on experience mapping, full of diverse and relevant examples.

Good overview of all mappings tools
I know a lot about mapping experiences now. I knew little before reading this book.Thanks James Kalbach.I'll apply all the main concepts in future workshops.

Una referencia indispensable para todo BA
Es un libro genial que te permite tener un catálogo de herramientas visuales en el desarrollo de las experiencias de usuario. Es importante hacer notar que muestra herramientas y su uso, pero no esta enfocado al proceso de descubrimiento, sin embargo esta es precisamente su mayor virtud, ya que al centrarse en las herramientas y criterios de uso se convierte en el complemento ideal a todo un montón de literatura que te dice "que" pero no "con que" poder ejecutar. Referente a que si el tamaño de las ilustraciones no es el adecuado, creo que para los fines ilustrativos que se persigue son adecuadas y cumplen su función de complementar el texto, el cual esta escrito de manera clara y concreta. En definitiva una excelente adición a tu biblioteca.

A Key Guide for Customer Experience and Growth Strategy Teams
I picked this up to do my homework as a strategy lead in customer success at a large B2B SaaS company. I have a background in curriculum and instructional design before moving into business, and therefore am well read in design guides from another field, but relatively new to service and experience design in a business context. I found this volume to be an extremely helpful, thorough, and readable overview of the range of different experience mapping exercises that a business might go through to drive strategic decisions and execution. I'd call it a required textbook for customer experience teams, except it's much shorter than those biology and history textbooks from grade schools. It nevertheless goes just deep enough to know what to do to plan and deliver mapping exercises that will work. Reading this half-way through a 6 month project, I wish I had read it in the beginning - the pitfalls we experienced at the outset were warned against here, and the success we had later was definitely thank in part to Kalbach's guidance.

Brilliant Book for Forward Thinking Marketers
