Is work thank you very much 100%recomended yess is work.Spanish/españolEstoy sorprendida la verdad cuando me vino fue esa fecha 25 de marzo y me pese ese dia y la verdad ese era mi peso 210 libras y mi ropa pues 2xl mis camisas como pueden ver es mucho bueno,me puse hacer ejercicio al principio enpece 1 hora la verdad yo como poquito la verdad esque lo único que e cambiado es la bebida de soda jugos bueno estoy tomando más seguído,agua yo era una persona que rara vez tomaba agua yo solo jugos sodas ahora que estoy en ejercicio bueno me da más sed,y bueno ahora me hago 3 horas de ejercicio si es verdad cuesta soy madre de 2 niñas una de 3 y otra de 5 y pues bueno e agarrado tiempo para hacerlo pues en el dia es imposible hacer pero yo ya aparte mis horas,de hacer ejercicio que es de 5pm en adelante y bueno como les comento,hoy me pese y ya mi peso es 203 abril 7,2021 miércoles,hoy.Y si suda mucho uno ahora que peso e bueno yo e sentido,diferencia ya hasta flojo me queda yo igual lo remendo con hilo, jejeje 🙈😅para seguir haciendo ejercicio y bueno la verdad haciendo ejercicio me tomo hasta 5 botellas de agua por 3 horas que hago y bueno si se puede,con sacrificio pero se puede bajar de peso,pero si se puede esta sauna de faja,me ayudado muchísimo la verdad me encanta y la recomiendo 100% muy buenaBueno hasta ahora todo bien. Otra tips hevisto comentario que quema la piel yo tuve desconfianza por eso lo que hice y hago es ponerme vaselina en piel donde va sudar uno más y bueno hasta ahora no me apasado nada todo 👍biem.

I am 5’1 210 lbs and also have a almost 3 month old baby, so however many weeks that is postpartum lol I ordered an XXL because my arms seem to always be to big for an XL. This fits like a glove for me though all around and it’s super comfortable. I can feel the tightness which is normal for a waist trainer but it’s not to tight to where I can’t breath or can’t keep it on all day. I wear it all day super comfortably. For the arms it’s just slightly big but I think it’s the best I’m doing lol but it’s not right or to loose I think it’s just right for me. When working out it doesn’t move like sliding up or move out of place, it may sometimes slightly and I mean very slightly move up but not much to where I have to pull it down. This is something I’m definitely glad I purchased cause I haven’t been able to find a waist trainer to fit me so perfectly.

My height is 5'3 and I'm 180 lbs and for both tops and bottoms my size is a size LARGE. I have a belly and I have big bat arms and I wanted to make sure what I was ordering fit right!I read the reviews and most of them suggested to size up your original size. So I bought an XLARGE. Now I'm not sure what it was but the bust(where your boobs go) and sleeves were very loose?Don't get me wrong- the waist fit me perfectly. It wasn't snug- it was just right- with a bit of space left. The only thing I was a bit confused about was with the bust and arms/sleeves part because that upper part of the vest was very loose.Idk (maybe I got small boobs lol) but I do have fat arms and almost everytime my arms will not go through the sleeves.... but with this vest, it was so spacious and big. Now, Im not conplaing, it still does the job. Makes a sweat up a storm and I'm not going to return it to get a better size. Its fine as it is. I just felt that maybe ordering it with my original size would have been better so that everything could have fitted tighter and better.But I can't speak for everyone. I know everyone has different body shapes and sizes. This is my own personal opinion. But has anyone else had this problem before?

I have been losing weight and now trying to tone up was making great progress until gym closed for weeks because of pandemic. Obviously gaining a few pounds during ha ha ha I decided to try a sauna shirt to help get me back on track quicker. I have used one in the past and it was velcro it never stayed and wasn't long enough to cover love handles. Wasn't a fan but still wanted one to help as much as it could. When I found this one with the arms I was so excited to try it because my arms and love handles are my two remaining struggle areas. I don't feel like that will be the case anymore with this sauna shirt! I no longer can say I am not a fan of them, this once certainly changed my mind.It is amazing! The arm's are not tight to make it easy to move (so first thought because not very tight will it still make me sweat? Oh boy did it!) which I like because I do a lot of calisthenics in my workout and had no issue moving or running. It is actually long, my lower back is another place I need to thin a bit more and it is long enough to even cover the top of my butt. I believe this is going to be exactly what I need. By the end of my workout I was dripping sweat, I am so happy I bought it. Also, for the price completely worth it! Will be buying a couple more for back up. :)(Bought from my boyfriends acct)

I used this while working out and throughout the day. I lost a lot of weight till it was too loose for me to continue usage. Great product for arms, back, sides and stomach. You sweat like crazy which is what it's for.
