I bought this runner for my laundry room to hide the aging and unattractive floor.The size is just as stated and the colors and design are very much like the picture. Maybe slightly more muted and blurred, but very subtly different. How it looks depends a lot on how the light is hitting it. I bought another rug for this spot, but had to send it back. This one is just right. I think it will be awhile before I wash it. I will come back to report on how washing it works. I have read above that I can put it in the washer, but have to air dry it.A good purchase.

I own an elderly dog who both needs a carpet to walk across the hardwood floor, and has bladder issues. This runner is well suited to the task. It is a bit more narrow than my other runners, but is pretty and feels good under bare feet. It will fit in the washer, but I'm not sure how well a bigger rug would wash, as it is a bit stiff. I have rinsed just the end out in the shower after dousing it with urine-remover, and it came clean easily and dried quickly. My one complaint -- the corners curl up and trip me sometimes. I have just had to put weights on them to hold them down.

These rugs looked and felt amazing. They were perfect for bedside rugs... u even purchased custom anti-slid pads for under them so they would stay where I put them. Everything was good until I washed them! They came out wrinkled, snagged, and stringy. Not even ironing or pulling on the rugs could straighten them back out. The edges are fraying and they look horrible. They're completely ruined. Not at all machine washable! Buyer beware!

Nice looking but hard to clean because it is so lightweight.
