Great Overall, Few Issues
The setup is a bit wonky - you need to download a file online and update the card, which is easy enough. What they don't tell you is that when transferring game files to your SD card, you need to extract to your COMPUTER first and then move the extracted file to the SD card, otherwise the EZ Flash will give you a file read error. No issue once you figure it out but it took some searching. The save system is also weird, and the included instructions tell you how to do it wrong. You must save in-game, and then wait about 5 seconds. What they don't tell you is that you then need to press a button on the cartridge itself at the very top of the sticker(just barely sticks out of a GameBoy Color) to go back to the main menu, and when it asks to "Backup Save", you need to say yes. Interestingly, I've noticed if you power the system off and on fast enough, you can backup your save as if you had pressed the reset button. It's a pain in the ass, but its functional so its not a big deal considering that everything else works so well. The real-time clock has so far worked perfectly for me in Pokemon Gold Version, even through save file mishaps. I've seen other people say here that the RTC does not work for them, but I can vouch for it. Maybe there are different models, or they patched the issue. Allegedly this supports game-link functionality for games such as Pokemon, but I haven't tried it yet.The experience when playing on an original system is exactly as I remember it from 20 years ago. Unless you turn the system around to look at the cartridge, you would think you were playing the legitimate games. Considering the price and increasing rarity and damage of 25 year-old cartridges and the well-known battery issues in Pokemon GSC, and how playing emulators on my PC and phone just doesn't feel the same, this is the best way to relive your childhood favorites.Micro-SD card to USB adapter was included, so that was nice. Some reviews claim not to have received one.Provided the cartridge survives for at least a few years, I highly recommend.

Works with every game Ive tried.
Its very tight in my Gameboy Pocket and original Gameboy but fits perfectly in my Gameboy Color. Works perfectly on all of them. The line bout the battery "Charging" tho is a lie. The battery doesn't recharge it just needs to be replaced. The battery is a CR1220 and mine came flatter than a pancake.

It works great!
This works great, but to make it work you might need to modify your gameboy color. This cartridge requires more power then a standard game cartridge and can cause problems

Very good GB/GBC flashcart with just a few issues
I think this is a great flash cart for GB and GCB; it can handle Pokemon Crystal and even some more demanding rom hacks! I do have two criticisms for the cart, however...1) I play on a GBA SP, and this seems to drain the battery quite quickly. The battery is new, and the system is not modded (so there's no aftermarket display or lights that might drain the battery quicker). I am lucky if I can get 2 hours of play time.2) A very minor issue, but having to manually backup saves in the flashcart's main menu after every gaming session takes getting used to. If you always remember to do this, you will never have a problem. However, if you forget to, you will lose some progress. It took me a while to get used to doing this.
