Very easy to put up. but then the flag wrapped around the pole immediately. Took it down and repositioned the plastic rings a 1/2in down from the end and the bottom ring a little closer together than I installed it originally. Then I sprayed the rings with silicone spray. It worked fabulously. The flag doesn't stay wrapped around the pole. The flag and pole are the best in the neighborhood. The hardest part of this whole process was climbing up and down the ladder. LOL And I am older than dirt.

I bought this to replace another brands plastic one that broke during some winds. First frustration was the mounting screws didn't match up, but that was not a big issue. Or so I thought. A few days later, winds ripped it out of the wall. Kudos for the metal pole and bracket - they came through like champs. The Screws used to mount it to the brick - they actually bent as the bracket was ripped from the wall, in what I would call moderate winds. So, I'm searching for better screws and better mounting options into my brick wall. I'm really pleased with the product so far. Just be sure your mounting is good.

This is an all-stainless steel pole, which comes in 5 screw-together segments. The joints are 2" long and formed directly from the stainless tubing. It is an excellent design and should last a long time. The swivels for mounting the flag are plastic and look well made, but I can't tell how long they will last in the Florida sun (ask me next year!). They could be easily replaced if needed assuming the manufacturer supplies them.

An American flag, I always fly one and it always got wrapped up, that's why I ordered this pole. The first thing that happened the snap broke when I tried to put it on the flag so bought another one. All is fine now

Looks good, sturdy, works well. Easy to assemble. The bracket is good and heavy. It come with screws.

I really love this product! The main problem though is that the little knobs that adjust the ring clips for the size of the flag broke off. Now I cannot move those ring clips up or down to put a different size flag up or even the same size one. Because once you put your flag on, you adjust those ring clips to make the flag taunt. So getting it off and the next one on is impossible with the rings stationary. I have no way to loosen or tighten those now that that piece is gone.Also you need a heavier weight flag for it to swing around and not get itself wrapped up. I had a very lightweight flag at first and if it was windy, it was wrapped around the pole. It needs to be heavy enough to swing that grommet around with the flag.

So normally I wouldn’t do a review on something so early on owning it. This time is a must. I installed this a week ago and now that it went through 60+ MPH winds I can attest to the sturdiness of the flag pole. My last flag pole snapped with less winds but this one was great. So I highly recommend this pole.

This flag pole is attractive but not well made. I had to grind out excessive pot metal in order for the pole to fit in the socket and had to retap the threads of the holes in the bracket. I would have returned it had I not had the wherewithal to correct the poor workmanship.
