Was fairly easy to install. Went from a one bar (if lucky) to three or four bars with five G.

This doesn't work in the country. If you live in a rural area where cell signal is very low. This doesn't give you a boost. I don't have any service still at my hoise.

After doing sufficient research to ensure this supported my bands, I ordered this unit. Install is pretty straight forward but I wish you could detach the cable from the antenna, would make install that much easier.This definitely a directional antenna so be sure you are pointing it in the correct direction. A correction of 20 degrees added an additional bar to my reception.I went from barely 1 bar and dropped calls in my basement office, to the same 3 to 4 bars I get when outside.

I used this booster with band 13 to raise my signal in a cabin with a metal roof it went. from 0-1 bars to 3-4 bars inside. Outside signal was averaging 1 bar before installing the booster. Tech support was very helpful when I contacted them about which booster to get for my phone

2 Bars on Verizon normally at this location. 4 bars from booster after trying every antenna position did not improve data rate at All.

I had 1X to no service outside. After installing this device I was able to make calls and text with no problem (2 to 3 bars 3G and sometimes LTE). It helps to know the direction of the nearest tower when installing, this speeds up the setup process. Overall a great product for the money!

If you’re buying this for a shop just save your money. I had no signal and now I get about a bar. It’s not worth the money in my opinion.and it’s a big haste to install so I don’t even want to uninstall it to return it.

Installed this at a rural cottage which generally has 1-2 bars on Verizon. Installed antenna on roof and repeater inside at face level. Signal has increased to 3 bars which has greatly improved website use & allowed limited video calls.
