This headset works great with my Cisco IP Phone 7942, without any additional adapters needed!!! When I looked around at other headsets, they were all in the $80+ range, and required other adapters. I am pleasantly surprised that this affordable headset can be so easily connected to my Cisco phone (plug in only one cord from the headset to the back of the phone). The sound quality is clear. The headset fits comfortably on me because of the earpiece is well padded. The microphone piece is flexible and durable.Note: the customer service is quick to respond through email. If you have any problems, contact customer service. For me, I had a problem with my first shipping, and they helped me out by shipping a replacement from China at no charge to me, and I did not have to ship anything back =)

I bought this for my wife because she often works from home and I have Cisco 7960 phones at my house. It was such a low price I really didn't expect much from it but the audio quality is great. I ended up buying another one for my phone and it is just as good as the one I got her, no QA issues on these. I took it out of the box, plugged it in, hit the headset button on the phone and bam! it came right up without any programming or other setup required. Great headset, good price.

Only thing is, when using handset, you can still hear thru headset. Not sure if this is due to what phone the office uses or not.

Works great, arrived in time and fully compatible with the Cisco 7841 phone. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of five stars is that there was no wire clip to keep the wire out of the way. Other than that a good product that works well and the seller did a good job.

I have owned this headset for about 4 months. I love this headset and the sound quality but I frequently, along with the parties I am talking to, get a loud clicking noise when I use this headset.I also wish that the cord was a little longer 9 feet vs 6 feet so that I could be a little more free to move around my office. If the headphone did not click I would have gladly given this 5 stars

Works great and light weight.

If you like using both your hands to work while on the phone this is a great item for you. There are no instruction included. Just open the box, plug in the headset, and you're ready to go. I did not have any issues with callers unable to hear me. The sound is very clear. I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy myself one!

Works and feels great. Minus one star. there is a slight humming noise when dialing out. But I can ignore it.
