These are really cheaply made hinges mine arrived in a plastic postal bag and one hinge was bent out of shape but it appeared to actually be made like that. The washers for fitting were also missing so even if something could be done about the bend in the hinge arm I still couldn't fit them. Looking closer at the second package I received with exactly the same problem I notice that some of the "paint" finish is already lifting from the base part of the hinge.

I spent over 2 hours trying to get these to fit but failed miserably. I am competent at DIY and eventually managed to cannibalise the "Universal" hinges and refitted the original ones.

Replacement for originals

Nothing wrong with the kit, all there and easy to fit, bought these in march 2020, already showing corrosion and pickling, shame as they worked and fitted
