I had great reserve about ordering fish online, especially in the dead of winter! However, this has been the best experience! I received an email that my order (4) Toledo Live Butterfly Fish Mix was shipped on Jan 16, 2023. I received the fish the very next day on Jan 17. I opened the box and to my surprise was not (4) but 5 fish swimming very fast through the water they shared in the bag. They were alive, healthy and I cannot describe how beautiful they are!!! A variety of unique color patterns!!!! This is exactly what I wanted! I only had orange fish because that's all you can find in the pet store these days which prompted me to try this! I decided to wait a few days for the review. The fish are well, healthy, and swimming in the outside pond with my other fish in peace! Way to go Toledo!

I love how the fish was packed they were all alive when I received them apart from some missing scales they are doing great so far 3 days now one have missing gills but doing well I will buy more from Toledo

I was skeptical ordering live fish online but the reviews looked good and I took a chance. The company sent out tracking so you know when they will arrive. I got the six pack of standard koi and butterfly koi mix. It was a good mix of colors and patterns. It's been about a week and all the fish are happy in their new pond. Would recommend!

First and foremost, thank you for the 2 additional fish. All have arrived not only alive and settled in after only 2 days, but they are very funny to watch. 1 of them arrived with only 1 eye so we named her Sparrow. She doesn't seem to be hindered at all and with the rest, my husband has found that they love chasing the laser pointer aimed at the bottom of the tank. I had 1 beautiful male common goldfish that was won at our local carnival and we thought he needed friends to play with. We were correct because he is now much more active. The fish arrived in a well sealed bag sitting on a cold pack. I only needed to float the bag for about 20 minutes then netted the fish out of the bag and into the tank. I fed them Koi pellets after about 2 hours, giving them a chance to acclimate and they were all over the pellets lol. Thank you again and I will definitely be shopping with this seller again. #veryhappycustomer

This was my first time ordering live fish online. It was interesting, I was excited and a little nervous. I had prepared my 3000 gallon pond for fish as my COVID 2020 @ home isolation project! So in every way this was an interesting order. I ordered by regular shipment. However, this fish came the very next day! Excellent service! Nevertheless, I was at work and fish sat on my front Porch for a good 4 hours in intense heat. Opened the box and I was surprised to see seven instead of 6, six to eight inch Koi I had ordered. 4 butterfly & 3 regular Koi (instead of 3+3 expected). Mixed colors, just as shown on the web.To my horror fish were not well and died within 24-36 hours!!! (It must have been the heat exposure during travel and outside my front door. It was a super super hot day. My 3,000 gallon pond, even though not a mature pond habitat, has been functional for 3 months and well balanced.I contacted customer service. The lady on the other side was courteous, understanding and absolutely fantastic in problem-solving the possible cause! She told me that I will get my replacement Koi soon. I was super apprehensive this time around. Only a week passed with the whole process of receiving 1st shipment to getting another 7 (not 6) Koi fish!!!All these Koi have been just beautiful and thriving after more than a month with us!Thank you Toledo guys, you were understanding and courteous and made us feel valued through this. You definitely turned around a difficult situation.Would definitely buy again online from Amazon & Toledo. I will post a followup in about another couple of months.
