Ruby: The Red Fairy (Rainbow Magic: The Rainbow Fairies, No. 1)

This was the book that made my 7 year old want to read by herself and made her fall in love with chapter books, and the first book my 5 year old wanted to read once she finished her reading curriculum. We've read many of the Rainbow Fairy books and are so glad there are 200+ - my girls are tearing through them like little bookworms. They can't get enough. Thanks!

For some reason, my daughter, who is 12, still really loves these books. I think they are a little young for her, but hey, you like what you like right? I gave the book a four star review because I think they are slightly overpriced. Nice book otherwise.

Kid ordered by accident, found out too late

My 5 year old daughter loves these books so much she even asks to take them with her almost everywhere she goes. I bought her the first couple of books based on one of the other feedbacks here. When we discovered that the rest were not yet available in the U.S. she was so sad! I finally went to Ebay and bought the whole set from someone in London. The whole set has already been published there. The individual books are also available on amazon.uk but the shipping was costly. Thanks for such a great series.

Very cheaply made book.The cover is nice, but the pages are thin like paper from a coloring book. There are no color pictures it is all black and white. Not our favorite book for sure.

Great first chapter book for our girls (age 4-6). They are excited to read each book in the Rainbow Fairy series.

This book is about rainbow fairies. Rachel and kirsty need to help the fairie king and queen find there rainbow fairies.or fairyland will never have colour again.

The first in the series and very enjoyable to read with my 5 year old granddaughter. There are a few black and white sketches throughout so helps keep her interested but she seems to really like the story anyway. We have already purchased the next 3. Be aware that the first book was a slightly different design than the other 3. I think they must of changed the covers a little. It's not too annoying for me but may be if you are putting the set on a shelf and the spine is different.

Book arrived within the time frame started, in good packaging and in excellent condition.

Good book for early readers

Thought this product would have more image illustration too it as the cover is very colourful and draws you in. It says reading age 5 and I brought for my niece but the book itself is very wordy and I would say it would be a more advanced reading age 5 and an adult would have to either read this book to their child or help with most of it.

be warned...It's the the first in a series of books so it isn't a complete story.
